Like its a little bland or dull. The color black seems grayish. This I printed in the highest printer resolution. Somebody needs to enlighten me. Unless this printer is not for presentation as it has this selection in the settings.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that your experience with the Brother HL-L3270CDW printer has not been favorable so far and we'd like to help. Computer monitors display color as RGB (red, green, and blue) and can display millions of colors. The color laser machine uses a 4 color printing process of CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) and uses these 4 colors to create as many colors as possible. Because the output of a computer monitor is emitted light and what we see on a printed document is reflected light, we cannot get a 100% accurate match.
