This is my 3rd printer like this one. The bad: Shortly after the warranty runs out it'll start throwing dots of color all over the pages (like party dots). Since I couldn't get any help from Brother and I end up with toner that'll only work in this machine I end up giving the printer away and getting another one. The good: it's fairly inexpensive considering for a laser. It's kind of quiet (it sits about 5ft away from me), this one is the quietest one yet, and it prints pretty quick. Could be improved: the toner is way to expensive

It does what it needs to do, no fluff. It prints quickly, the colors are clear, and I am very pleased with the product.

Purchased 17 months ago and still very pleased. The only thing that keeps us from giving it 5 stars is the occasional misfeed (or failure to feed) of thicker/photo paper from the manual tray...which is only 1 sheet at a time. Otherwise its performed very well.

Excellent printer so far ink can be expensive but the printer itself can take whatever you throw at it

It's been not quite a year. This is the standard for printers. sits quietly for days or weeks, but the min you need it is ready to print. Not everyone needs color, but it's a treat when need it. Save paper with duplex, automatically. Print wirelessly, even from mobile devices. And it's easy to load, this is often overlooked, but I've had other printers and the load tray can be stupidly frustrating with other printers. This one was great.

I freaking hate the cheapo inkjet printers that constantly break down and won't print, or go through ink like no tomorrow. I finally bit the bullet and got this one and I couldn't be happier. It prints like a champ and ink replacement isn't super expensive. I can easily print from the other room and it's super easy to connect if someone comes over and needs to use it. I would definitely buy this again if needed, but hopefully she'll last a few years.

The printer is really easy to set up with tabs to pull off and remove so you don't leave anything like packing to hurt the printer. Prints excellent pictures and for the price, cannot be beaten by any other company. Love the digital control board on top. Makes it much easier to operate. I definitely suggest buying those printer to my friends.
