This is by far my favorite printer. Never had an issue, ink lasts forever and my favorite part is printing from my phone downstairs with the Bluetooth option. I’ve moved twice with it as well and still doing great

Very happy with this purchase. Quiet when printing. After not being in use, there is only about 8 second warmup before printing starts. Color printing isn't quite Kodachrome quality, but is as good as my Epson Ink-jet printer when doing photo's ! For the price, I am impressed !!

Fast printing & quiet and high quality. Easy to setup

In coming from a HP2600N Color Laser printer. After 15 tears it finally went belly up. So i have great hopes for this Brother. It is a nice size and tge only issue I have been having is the paper somehow not liading on occasion. Its all in there. Just gets off nark? So reload it and it works.

My former roommate would print books for her biology classes. So we had to upgrade to a laser printer. It's been like 2 years and she's moved out but we still haven't replaced the ink and it still works like new. HIGHLY recommended.

I was tired of continuously buying ink for my inkjet printer. The cartridges ran out so fast. I’ve been debating about buying a color laser printer for some time. Yes, the cost is more, but you get more prints, so you end up saving on ink. The printer is quiet and fast.

I got tired of replacing the Ink cartridges every few months and on top of that it would be just one color that screws you out of getting any prints done. Who would think you need yellow or pink just to print black?! GTFO. They would dry out before I got full use. So I went with laser. You get over a thousand prints out the box. Wow. I don’t print photos so glossy pictures I have done at a Walgreens. But if you want a printer that last and prints readable sheets this was an excellent choice. The ink is a powder so it doesn’t dry out. It does cost more money in the beginning and the ink cost more but it prints 3x more then a inkjet. The ink jets will milk your bank over a short amount of time.

We have had this printer for a little while know and use it regularly for my classroom things as well as our home. Love the function and size, ink is a bit expensive but lasts a long time. We have had no issues.

This printer has been the best purchase I have made at Best Buy. It was easy to set up and linked up to my computer immediately. The print quality is excellent and there is plenty of paper storage. Also it allows longer sheets for printing, a definite pro for the item.

I have been looking for a color laser printing for a few years but was turned off by the price and lack of features at the low end of the price spectrum. This print delivered the features I needed such as an Ethernet connection and was within my price range. I own a black and white Brother Laser printer that I have have for 5 years and still works great so the brand was acceptable to me and the features covered everything I was looking for. The toner and drums are pricey but reasonable and long lasting. The print quality is very good though I have not had an occasion to test it to it full capability. Setup is simple and the drivers are built into Windows 7 and above. Removing all of the package and shipping protection from the device took some time and if you read the instructions it tell you clearly all of the different straps and protection device to remove. It is definitely well protected for shipping.

Much better than my previous Samsung junk that constantly disconnected from the network. This one has been very stable since day one. The color quality is good. The only (minor) drawback is that it is soooo heavy!!

Everything is working great. Very pleased with Customer Service representative. He was helpful, found the printer I needed, set up all the paperwork and shipping, Made the whole process very smooth.

The Brother Laser Printer is an excellent device for printing out publishable manuscripts. The high capacity paper holder and printing ink are key to this function.

I was looking for color printer for home and its works pretty good and best price and performance for a laser printer as compared to ink jet printers which takes lot of effort to keep them running.

Brought this home for my bride who is not the most tech savvy of them all. Set it up once and she is using it effortlessly. So much easier than the ink jet we have and the print quality is excellent. Not our first laser color printer, but best printer we have purchased.

Great price for a color laser printer. Prints come out great and have no problems with any of our windows machines, Mac's or phones. Had this for about a year, still on included toner

Excellent quality. Affordable for duplex with wireless color laser. I use non-OEM toner to make printing more affordable, but this machine has performed well so far in high output for the first month since purchase.

This printer is easy to set up, very responsive, and color printing quality is top notch, As as realtor, I was spending far too much of my budget on color copies. This allows me to print everything I need beautifully, at home, and at a much lower cost.

This printer has been the easiest one I have plugged in and been able to use almost immediately. I did not have any issues with syncing the printer with my Mac and getting it connected to air print. The color is great and the printer is very quiet.

This has been another fine example of the quality and value I've come to expect from Brother. One thing that did surprise me is how heavy it is. I was worried that the little file cabinet I bought to hold it might buckle, but it's held up. However, this is my first color laser, so maybe I just don't have a good basis of comparison. I guess it makes sense that it's heavier than my black and white, since it has four cartridges inside. Regardless, setup was super easy and the print quality is great. It does seem to take a little longer than my other printers to receive data and start the job, but I'm usually not in enough of a hurry for this to bother me. I can't imagine finding a better color printer for the price.
