We purchased this printer for home use about a month ago. So far it has worked very well to print presentations and letters, and to scan and copy other items. The quality is great and the cost is reasonable. If you are sick of your inkjet, I recommend this LaserJet as an alternative.

I have been delighted with the speed and ease of this printer. I have only encountered one very minor issue to date--removing the paper after the printing has occurred is a little awkward. The many pluses make this indeed a minor concern.

Great printer for home office use. It's fast and flexible. Just make sure you order exactly what you want. The printer can be ordered in different models, such as flatbed vs. sheet feed scanner, with or without hardwire ethernet, etc.

This printer exceeds my expectations. It’s super fast the color is awesome. Working from home and having kids at home doing school work as difficult as that is. My old printer wasn’t making it any easier. In a matter of seconds I had my print outs.

I've had this printer for over a year and it's still working great. It is very nice to have a laser color printer. The type is sharp and so far the ink usage has been good.

I had trouble getting the printer to work right in the beginning even with Geek Squad but after about 3 days and agents working on it the results are terrific . well worth the trouble. I am hoping to have a worry free experience with it now.

Quiet operation, very good software interface. Very good home laser printer if you're tired of the inkjet vortex. It could use a multi-page feeder for scan and copy, something you would find on many cheaper printers.

Love this printer connected quickly to my wifi. I have a black and white brother printer like this that has a separate legal tray hoping that I can add a legal tray on this one. Works great fast just what I needed

This is a very economical and reliable brand. Generic toner can be purchased through Amazon for even more affordable printing. This model is very simple to use, offers scanning, copying and printing. Thousands of pages per toner.

I actually love this printer, but it's 6 months out of warranty and won't print. I've only printed about 350 sheets. It prints one sheet and gives me an error code "Print unable 02, turn the power off and turn back on." So for every sheet I print or copy I have to turn it off and turn it back on. The printer repairman at my office said this code means there's a paper jam at the feed motor, but there is not.

This printer is really a good product but at times (rarely ) it does give me a challenge when using from my Mac and most of the time the printer status shows me in a "Sleep " Mode. But using from mobile and or windows laptop the printer does a good job. The Picture quality is also good (though do not expect to be a store quality ) as it has only 4 color cartridges and store quality has about 10 may be more. Also It depends on the paper though I tried on a Kodak Picture Glossy paper but store does a better job and do not expect the same results. Overall a lovely printer. The reason I did not gave a 5 star is simple ...I prefer to give full points if it was little more friendly wit my Mac. :-) a total personal choice. Hope this was helpful.

Love this printer! Copy, scan, print. Easy to print from an I-phone. Simple set up with laptops. Prints on both sides. Plenty of toner provided with printer. Not buying printer ink every couple weeks any longer.

Printing is clean and clear. The scanner provides a high enough resolution to meet my needs. I restore photos and need to scan them at a high resolution. I would purchase this combination printer again.

Overall the printer works good. The set up was very tedious however when it came to setting up the printer for scanning. It didn't help that the brother manual that is comes with nor the online manuals for the printer really address the issue I was having with saving documents as a file using a local usb connection. It took about 20 mins of web surfacing to realize that you must download the software package for wireless scanning rather than it just being optional. This is the only reason why I took off a star. Once you have everything set up though, it is smooth sailing from there. In total I took about an hour to do installation. It may be my inexperience with printer set ups, but I wouldn't say its 100% user-friendly in that sense.

A great purchase, no more ink cartridges. I was tired of our ink drying up so this was a must for our infrequent printing. The detail is great. The printer works quickly and this is a nice compact size.

I wish this unit would have had an auto document feed, that would make it perfect. As is, it's a excellent printer. Handles and performs great with everything I've thrown at it. Great value printer for the money.

Best Buy made the curbside pick-up easy, safe and professional! The printer was easy to set up and has great quality. This was for a home office while working remotely. Five stars to the Brother printer and to Best Buy!

This is the lowest price color laser printer that I could find. I've always had good luck with Brother printers and the toners and supplies are alot cheaper than HP. Quality of print is good for students.

Upgraded from an ink-jet printer and won’t be going back. Copies, prints, and scans quietly. Great for house-hold but it could support a small business though no fax option.

It's a Brother laser printer. Don't print photos on it, you'll be disappointed. Otherwise, it's stupidly reliable and cheap to operate.
