However, setting it up is not easy, also, the scanning and copying options are very simple. If you need it for more than one copy or scan it’s pretty much useless.

Also, scanning is one page at a time. If you have multi-page document, you'll be at the printer for a while.

When opened the box at the office discovered it did not have the needed function. When went to exchange was notified that they were out of stock and not at any Best Buy locations. Did not know when they would be back in stock. As a regular Best Buy customer Very disappointed Stuck with this MFC with no docu- feed with an abundance of work to do.

Poor Quality Printer

We have an error message "No toner cartridge" and are unable to clear the message. We have replaced the toner and all ink cartridges. We have worked with online tech support multiple times. We are currently waiting for a Best Buy tech to come out to try and repair. This printer should last longer than a year and a half. These should not be disposable items.
