Easy setup. Just followed instructions. Wife loves ease of wireless printing and scanning. It is a bit large and heavy compared to our deskjets but that was expected. The print quality is very good. Only had it for one month but very happy with this purchase.

This printer truly delivers I am excited to use this for my poetry and other printing needs. It delivers for the speed the wireless capability and all the functions. It’s smooth and efficient. It is a bit bulky so you will have to have a special space for it and fortunately I did. I created a little stand for it because I did not want it to sit flat on the ground in case there were any fluids that might spill. I use a footstand and a flat piece of square wood that supported the printer completely until I get something better.

Took the advice of my Geek Squad Thomas Fuqua about this purchase. He did NOT lead me astray. I am very happy with the quality, speed, and overall utility of the Brother Laser Printer. Thanks Thomas!

I really like this color laser printer now that I have it operating correctly. I had a lot of difficulty getting it to print wireless. The procedures were not very clear. The other thing I was disappointed about was that the printer had no fax capability and I was not aware of that. You have to get another model to get the fax feature. Finally, the printer is extremely heavy and needs two people to lift it. The quality of printing is fine and other than this items, I like the printer and believe it was worth the money. I might add that to copy documents, it is purely manual. You have to lift the top and place the document on the glass. There is no such feature as auto feed for multiple documents. Too bad.

I’ve never owned a laser printer before, and I’m happy I made the switch from inkjet. This model prints very quickly, even in full color. Obviously it doesn’t print images as well as an inkjet, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well it printed a full color letterhead graphic. We even tried a large run of color postcards and the quality was better than expected. Toner use seems very efficient. After almost a year, I’m still using the cartridges included in the box, even with a moderately high volume of use. Over time I’ve owned several printers from different manufacturers, and Brother has continued to be the most reliable, hands down. I would definitely recommend this printer.

This printer does a great job and the printouts are excellent. The only problem I found is that the wireless setup could be easier. Once working, it is fine. I assigned a dedicated IP address to this printer.

I have been so happy with this printer! The color is accurate, set-up/linking was super easy, and it is doing everything I was hoping perfectly. Couldn't have selected a better printer for the price.

We've had many ink jet printers , but everytime we needed it the printer wouldn't print right (very faded or dropped in some spots ) so we did some research and found or problem was because we didn't print on a daily basis, the ink would dry out or the jets would get clogged . So after researching this we need a laser printer because it uses powder for ink (no drying out ) We love the results . The only downside is that this printer is BIG .

So far so great. Easy to set up in all aspects. From assembly to connecting to the WiFi to adding it to my laptops and phones. Both color and B&W prints look good. My usage is average, home personal with some school and a little work. If you are the same and are sick of noisy, clogging, inexplicably not printing ink jet printers like I was, I would highly recommend making the jump to laser (LED, really). This Brother HL-L3290CDW is faster, MUCH quieter, and came at a great price. And even if toner is more expensive, it lasts a lot longer and I won’t have to throw half of it out like dried up old ink cartridges.

Great all in one printer just as expected the only rub as with all printers is the price of the ink or in this case toner cartridges. But she’s a beauty.

Easy setup, followed the quick setup guide was a breeze. Fast printing, really like the double side printing, the option to print documents in both color or black only, other words if the document you’re coping is in color, you have the option to print in black if desired. I especially like the WiFi wireless, have the ability to send documents from smart phone or iPad. Print quality is good for my home use and would be fine in an office or business setting. A bit heavy so it’s not a piece of office equipment you’re going to move about, not portable. Overall this is a great printer for the money. Yes, I would recommend to a friend.

This thing is large. Works great for my everyday printing needs. Only con is the scanning, no self feeding option. Great price for a color lasr.

So far this has been working quite well for us. Being able to print on both sides has saved a lot of paper and the print quality is really good. The set up was a breeze as well.

I haven’t been able to use all of the features yet, but I’m pleased with its performance so far. It is heavy and somewhat bulky, but I knew that before I bought it. The set up wasn’t excruciating, but it wasn’t painless either. Getting it set up is a one-time event, so that’s not a big issue. I can print from my phone too—so easily. I’m happy with the purchase.

The first machine shipped to us was, alas, defective -- it printed well when it printed, but we kept getting jams for no apparent reason. However, Brother's customer service was absolutely great! We were within warranty and they shipped us a new machine incredibly promptly, without requiring a return (we recycled the defective one.) The new machine has performed beautifully, smooth printing, no jamming -- just as the other favorable reviews here have indicated. We bought this one because our Brother B & W laser has performed so well for many years and we now need a color printer.

Brother printers are the best. Simple and easy setup. Prints directly from all my devices with ease. Print quality is spot on

Bought this to replace an old inkjet printer. I’m very pleased with this printer. It was easy to set up, is quiet, and much faster than my old printer.
