So far this Brother Wireless Color Laser Printer is working great. Our previous Brother printer wore out and that printer was discontinued so we bought this printer. The cost was reasonable. The color images and black-and-white print look like they are part of the paper and not sitting on top of the paper. The look is very good. The information about connecting to the internet was a little vague but we figured out how to connect.

Replaced an ancient HP All-In-One Laser printer that died with the Brother HL-L3290CDW. Downloaded and installed printer software and drivers easily. Connected immediately with Netgear Nighthawk Mesh Wi-Fi using synch button. Using copy, print, and scan functions is easy and intuitive. Print and scan quality is as good as if not better than prior HP printer. We have used the printer for a month; to date no jambs, no blobs, no dithering, no streaks. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the paper tray can accommodate both letter and legal size paper.

This is a great printer for my work. I needed something that can print pages, mainly black and white, and print them quickly. This does a great job and has been consistent with quality since I bought it. Two things: it is difficult to connect it to my work WiFi, so it's connected to my jetpack with my cell phone provider; and it does not scan multiple pages at once from what I can tell. It does have a document feeder for printing labels, etc. -- which I've done that, too, and it works well -- but not for feeding multiple pages to scan at one time.

This printer is laser clear, fast and efficient. The only drawback is the size but I understand why it has to be so large. I still like it very much.

The printer is heavy, but it's a laser, so that is to be expected. It was easy to setup. The print quality is very good, so for the price paid, I am very pleased.

Decent quality printing for the price. Start toner is lasting longer than I thought it would too. Fast printing and very easy to use. No complaints thus far.

I was elated to be chosen to review this printer due in part to my own bias as Brother being the #1 manufacture of printers because of their ease of usage, performance, easy Wi-Fi connection, affordability, and longevity. This printer certainly meets the above criteria and more in several notable areas: Unboxing: Upon unboxing the printer, which is hefty in size, weighing it at 47.8 pounds was a task as I don’t mind stating, “I worked up a sweat!” There were a few pieces of blue tape to remove and the cartridges, (4) in the colors of black, magenta, yellow and cyan were already installed as the only thing to do was take off orange tabs that surrounded them for shipping protective purposes. Setup- of this printer was a user-friendly experience for a printer of this size. Brother has included a CD, quick setup guide and reference guide as options for users to successfully setup the product. Additionally, downloadable drivers are available on Brother’s website as an option too. I elected to employ the downloadable drivers due to the fact, my desktop does not have a CD rom drive. The download process was very quick and efficient. The first attempt to connect to my WIFI was unsuccessful, but the second time around was the charm and from there, everything was peachy. Performance-this printer runs great as there isn’t any loud sound when printing. The machine does take some time to warm-up before printing, I believe that’s due in part to its huge size, but once it gets going, it runs ever so smoothly and efficiently. The colors are vibrant as such, it prints as expected of a laser printer. Copies reproduce nicely as I copied a decorative color-based envelope, I was blown away how closely matched the colors were to the original envelope. I also copied some monochrome based documents, which reproduced fine as well. This printer’s scanning capabilities are good as scans come out clear and concise. This is my seventh device from Brother, 6 of which are printers and 1 scanner. I can honestly say without reservation that Brother really manufactures quality products at affordable pricing as this printer bears evidence. Therefore, if you are a small business owner, consultant, graphics designer or anyone who needs a printer that can handle daily productivity, then this printer comes highly recommended. Brother cares about their customers as they offer lifetime support of their products with excellent customer care support staff who really aims to resolve problems when they arise. Therefore, if you are in the market for a great printer with robust features at affordable pricing then please don’t look any further because Brother is at your side!

I purchased this item to use at home since working from home due to COVID. This is easy to set up and use. Makes quality prints.

Expensive, but if you need/want color in a reliable unit, this is it. Lack of surface keypad makes wifi setup easiest with WPS button on router, but connection is quick and holds. Print-from-phone is just as simple. Single-scan plate keeps the footprint down. Cheaper in the long run than ink-jet units, and weekly printing to maintain ink flow is unnecessary.

I got this for home use. Inkjets always dry up and although they are cheap, if you don't use them often, it's a waste of money and bad for the environment. This baby is a workhorse. Fast, clean prints. Not the high quality of an inkjet, but great for what I need it for. Good enough for nice printing. It's not terribly expensive either. Highly recommend! I am happy with our purchase and even got the 3 year protection, just to be safe. I don't normally spring for the protection, but best in this case.

Received items 2 days before scheduled!! Super Easy set-up and very good quality! Forget regular printer.

Having issues with background watermarks in color. Otherwise it’s great. Fast copying & Printing. And it’s wireless

I bought this as a replacement for an all in one ink jet printer. Love my color laser print outs. Also, the scan is great. I opted for the bed scanned, but realized I should have gone for the multiple sheeting scanning ability. Over all, great color laser printer, every one can print to the printer from any device. Great buy! I am giving this 5 stars, but would buy the multiple document scanning version next time,
