I didn't like the Brother printer - they make sewing machines! So I returned it and bought an HP. the service might have been good - IDK??? I never got that far. I say go with a known brand for printers. Many make it too difficult to set-up with wifi and printer etc.

It is very lightweight, very noisy, all I can say it does its job. It will work for us at home because we don't print much material.

When you start to get low on ink the printer sends a message to Best Buy n they charge the credit card on file n ship it to you. The price of ink is not expensive either. The only problem I have is the ink is ship individually so you have to wait till they all get there. They did not come all the same day either. Still it beats having to make a special trip to the store, you just need patience.

I think its a good service but the problem is what I am having now best buy does not have the ink in stock that I need and unfortunately nothing can be done until best buy gets the ink back in stock. Maybe with a different brand its less of an issue but for my Brother MFC-J895DW black ink seems to be limited but at the same this printer was out of stock for some time also.

Ink replenish makes things very convient! Especially being a full time student.

I am impressed with the amount of printing you can do with ink cartridge before you need to reorder more ink. Each time I print the printing is precise and sharp, no missing letters, no fade, and all colors comes out beautiful and the paper.

This is a great way to stay stocked up on ink. We are almopst 100 miles from the nearest Best Buy and I never have to make a special trip or be without ink until the next trip to town.

Worth the money... It is very useful for printing & others... I have been looking for it.

Meh, not really a good value in my opinion. While it is nice having it auto ship when I need, I can find cheaper alternatives on other sites.

May get busy and forget that the ink is low... Great way to keep me on track and not forget to order ink.

cant complete signup. i purchased this at time of printer purchase, and it shows up on both best buy and brother sites. when i go to complete enrollment, it says it has been de registered, and no way to complete registration without endless error loops. called and talked with geek squad, and they cant help, tried. suggested i check brother site. on brother site, i am registered with my printer and serial code. Wont link with best buy system. This system stinks big time!!!!!!

I purchased the easy replenish program but did not need to replenish until the program was set to expire. I was supposed to get a 10% discount that was never applied to my repurchase of ink.
