Great printer works well!! price was a great value

its pretty good, havent had any issues yet. just know it comes with ink tanks 1/5 the size of the full ones so you will be buying new ones soon if you print often.

So Far So Good. The last three printers I bought were HP and each one failed me in the end. So, I decided to end my relationship with HP and switched to Brother. This little printer is perfect for my needs.

The printer works great but the app leaves a lot to be desired. Setting up the printer wasn't too difficult, but it seemed to take a long time for the printer to get set up on my wifi. The colors look really good when you factor in the cost of the printer. It scans, copies and prints really well. Using the app is extremely puzzling. I am hoping an update to the app will help, but it is not as smooth and easy as it should be. I really try to stay away from using the app as it will just drive you crazy.

I am so happy that I made the choice to buy this printer. The ink investment is great for my pockets. The Brother Support customer service was so awesome.

I loved my Brother All in One, (modelJW480) and was so sad when it broke after 6 years of use. It did everything including faxing. It had an automatic feed and duplex printing. If I could have fixed it, I would have. This printer is Okay, but doesn’t have all the features of the older model. And this is supposed to be progress? No one seems to be making true all-in-ones anymore, Based on previous good experience with Brother I hope this one holds up as well and their excellent Tech Support will be available.

Works well but does not have way to print on both sides. Inexpensive and hopefully will not have to replace the ink so often.

Had nice features. Lenovo does have some funny cursor issues. Don't care for the MS control on web browsing.

Good printer. Works for simple things however copies sometimes come out blurry which is kind of annoying considering its new. Other than that great printer.

We like the printer a lot. Only problem: You can only get ONE copy at a time and have to sit there and count each one individually. Sure would be NICE to have a counter on it.

This an excellent printer for the price and a great home printer. It does not have a document feeder, but I seldom copy or scan more then one item at a time. I like the individual ink cartridges.

Needed a printer in a pinch when my HP laserjet died. Thought I could get by with this, but I've been very unhappy with it. If you want to print anything other than plain black text, I would not recommend this printer. The quality is poor and not crisp, like I'm used to with my laserjet. Everything on it feels cheap. Also, the set up was not intuitive and connectivity with my phone and computer is not consistent.

Good for the value, its an entry level printer with quality

I would have liked it to have a feeder for multiple copies but works great for making e-copies!

Excellent product with a long history to back it up, Have used these printers for over 50 years. The salesman led me directly to this ink saver model. Would highly recommend it to all senior's who occasionly print.

Will not stay on Wi-Fi. Prints good when I get it going
