It seems to be a pretty good printer. The only thing I have to say about it so far is that it seems to be cheaply made -it is mostly plastic and not as sturdy as my previous Brother.!

I worked in print shops, with printers for 10+ years so I'm very familiar with troubleshooting. Almost immediately this printer had issues. The paper would jam constantly. I tried every recommended trouble shooting option with no luck. Brother sent me a new one. I figured I just got a lemon. However, the refurbished one I was sent had the exact same issue. I essentially threw away my money. In addition to jamming, the print quality was bad despite cleaning it and doing all the alignment tests. Now I have no working printer, and I lost a bunch of money. I had high hopes, but I was told that nothing else could be done for me.
