    I would rate the printer as a 5 star, but the purchase loses one star because nowhere in the Best Buy ad does it let the customer know that a USB or RJ45 cable is required to use the printer and those are not included.

    It appears that you have to connected to internet to use. So if I want to make a copy my internet connection must be on. Also setup instruction were not user friendly, for me. I like the light color of the machine

    One of the color ink cartridge ran out of ink and I have no been able to use black & white or grayscale setting like I could with the previous Brother printer. Of course these cartridges are expensive. So, I have't been able to replace them. Adding insult to injury, I cannot scan a document until all ink cartridges are replaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER!

    I hate the ink in the tanks it’s such a hassle. It glitches a lot but tht being said for the price it’s a nice air printer. It jams a bit too but it’s easy to get the paper out

    Very good response on WiFi, but the controls are almost impossible to see. I literally have to get a flashlight to read the buttons. Print is ok. I don’t do a lot of color and have not printed any photos so I cannot comment on those capabilities.
