    Satified so far but its to soon really say so. I had a hard time down loading the app and couple of times the computer said it cant communicet with the printer. Little bugs.

    No matter the paper, this printer will eat it. The paper will get jammed in ways that one cannot even unjam the printer. You have to pull the thing apart and then it will either refuse to print or it will keep eating paper. It's almost comical to watch it. Slurp! Crunch crunch crunch! I walked into the office, plugged it in and my parter said "Ut oh. How many pages are you printing?". I replied with a meek three fingers and buried my head in my hands. And hour later, nothing usable has been printed. Just mangled inky pages strewn about the floor.

    Malfunctioned after three days. Troubleshooted everything to no avail. It instructed me to clean the rollers, which I did. Then with only a few sheets in the paper slot, it displayed an error indicating I needed to take out the paper and reload, which I did repeatedly. Things shouldn't have to be perfect to perform well. Never had this issue with printers before they became "smart".
