Ink on printed page appears faded/weak. Compared the same printed page from this device with my father's much older Brother MFC-J480DW and the quality of the older printer was much better. Can't seem to convince customer support that's there's a problem. They suggested doing a deep clean which required the replacement of each costly ink cartridge. This wasted ink at $65 per cartridge and didn't solve the problem. The Inkvestment starter ink supply didn't last the year or 1500 BW pages as touted. Not even close. I think the print head is defective but can't get customer service to budge. I bought a basic much cheaper HP and the inii print quality is for it much better when comparing the two devices.
