First let me say I found the sale support at Best Buy horrible. No one helped, even after repeated requests. So after standing around for quiet awhile I took this one home for a trial. I found the paper handling to be very amateurish and the color to be faded, not sharp or brilliant. The printer was a disappointment and has been returned. To Best Buy's credit the return was effortless, a good experience with this phase of my purchase.

I'm so glad I left HP. I've struggled and struggled and bought more printers than I ever should have had to buy trying to get one to work and work consistently, without spending hours trying to GET it to work. With my new Brother, so far, not one glitch. I stayed with HP because I was worried about ink-availability. I solved that by joining the Brother ink replacement program. Ink replacement was not available through Best Buy on this my new Brother, but Brother offered their own version of the program.

I have been using brother Printer. Brother printers were reliable, works longer that other brand.

We have had several printers which were not Brothers and very difficult to set up. This printer was fairly easy to set up.

Needed to replace the printer we had at home. Good quality print outs. Creates copies, and scans. Color and black and white.

Nice that it comes with XL ink cartridges instead of worthless trial sized ones. Very easy install and works great with all our devices!

Can't say much about the "inkvestment" claim, just bought this last week. I can say that I love the functionality of this printer and the downloadable app "brother iPrint&Scan" is pretty handy. The app allows you to modify simple settings on the printer, like "black and white only" and "double sided" printing. Got this to replace a terrible HP printer I got for about $80 that ate up ink and cost about $60 for each refill pack

The printer is fast and easy to use. The color printing is a bit dull, but overall a great printer.

The set up was fairly easy. The print quality is excellent. The fax is a little complicated.

Printer is perfect for it's size. Doesn't take up much space and I use it in the back seat of my truck on a construction site.

Wireless Bluetooth control printer save ink! Double side print a little slow. Over all this is a very nice printer!
