It's a great printer, copier, scanner situation. Was able to find and download the drivers and connect to my computer no problem. I wish that it could connect to my home network better as it only seems to work over wi-fi (like I'm unable to print from ethernet that's on the same network, but w/e not a big deal).

Finally had to buy a new printer after my old Samsung laser printer bit the dust. Looked at many options for my home/office needs and chose the Brother J805DW.Easy to set up and use! Immediately connected to my desktop, iPhone and iPad. Prints fast and with vibrant color. Cost per page is good with the Inkvestment system.

At first I had trouble to connect my computer to my MacBook but once I figure it out I’ve had great printing session with this printer I’ve used the the scanner with no problem. I haven’t used the fax yet since I don’t have home line but other than that its work very well and there’s a lot of ink which is great because all my family uses it.

Very good all-in-one printer. The interface is a little tedious to use but not complicated and the cost per print is phenomenally low so definitely worth it. Good quality printing and has served our needs for remote school and work well.

A quality printer with ink that last forever. Our previous two home printers went thru ink like water on a ducks back. This printer has great quality and I keep thinking we will be getting low on ink and find we have used very little. Should have bought this printer sooner.

Printer was easy to set up and use. I still haven't had to get more ink. I print just a few pages a week, but it has held up great unlike my old HP printers. The double sided print and scan are sweet.

I always like Brother and I have MFC7360N which gives me productivity , but where I have MFCJ805DW I needed a printer with color too and since I don't need to make too many copies I chose this one. I hope it will last me . So far so good.

Easy to set up and use. Only downfall I seen was finding where the usb cable connected for part of the set up. Never had a printer where the connector was inside the printer (under the copy glass). But other than that, I LOVE IT!!!

I replaced my Canon MX922 printer with this Brother. my first Brother printer. I've noticed printing is very fast. I have printed some photos, so far so good, even for the photos there's not much difference between the Canon and this one.

It work great for 1 year and 1 week. it started making blank lines. I thought it was the black ink so I bought a black cartridge. It did not fix it. Waste of 50 dollars. It was out of warranty but, I did have the extended warranty. I was told they don’t fix these they just replace them. Well they had no printers in stock due to shipping problems. I went online and ordered a different printer. I’m still waiting on it due to shipping problems. The sales and service staff were very polite and helpful. This is my favorite store. They have the best staff and service policy’s.

This is a wonderful All-in-1 printer, scanner, fax....Includes a 1 year supply of ink 2 thumbs up! Prints amazing pictures and just does so much for any multi-purpose office, home, business!!

Very smooth, printing and set up. The color is amazing; but the best part is we have done a ton of printing and have not had to replace any cartridges.

The printer that Best Buy sent was defective. The ink cartridges that come with the printer have a chip on them that the printer is supposed to detect during the initial setup. (Replacement cartridges do not have this chip.) The printer did not detect the black color cartridge. Best Buy had no more of this model in stock. I called Brother customer service and they sent another printer. This printer works fine. Setup and connecting (wirelessly) to a Windows desktop and to a Mac laptop went seamlessly.

Third Brother Printer I have owned. Like the others, does a great job for all functions. Best part of all is the ink lasts for a year. Saves a lot of trips to buy ink. Highly recommended.

Outstanding performance and at a very reasonable price!! This is why Best Buy and the other "office supply stores" are always out of the Brother printers!

This is a great printer. No issues with it connecting like my old printer. It's a little slow, but the picture quality is great.

I found this printer at a very good price. It works perfectly. I usually print from my phone and mobile devices. Printing is done at a fast rate and quality is good.

This is a very good printer. It’s easy to use and so far does not seem to drain ink like my last printer. It is suppose to print 1500 pages with the ink cartridge in the box.

Wanted it to work on a linux system. Not easy, but finally got it to work. Scanner works okay, makes copies okay, and prints okay. The print quality is good, but not as crisp as a laser printer. One feature I do like is that the printer will hopefully keep the print head clean even if it is not used regularly. I always hated ink jet printers because the heads would dry out and they needed to throw out full cartridges.
