liked the ease of use from the Epson 4550 and the ink system but it had issues with the print heads always getting plugged. The Brother has most of the same features and also has very long life ink cartridges. The fax is not as user friendly as the Epson was.

This Brother printer was easy to set up to my home network. I hope the INKvestment tank lasts two years like its advertised. Nice to have two sided printing. Relatively small foot print so it fits well in my limited space. All-in-all, so far a great little printer for my home office.

Very clean and clear - both color and black. It is relatively speedy, the screen is easy to read, and overall it works just fine. I am happy I spent the money. Plus, I think the convenience of not having to run to get ink every few weeks will be wonderful.

This is the 3rd generation of Brother printer which we have added to the house and it was by far the easiest to get working. We have it connected via wifi to 2 Win 10 systems. Reviews complained about being noisey but we find it very acceptable.

Got tired of HP and Epson about 20 years ago due to them failing after warranty. Switched to Brother and still using the Laser Jet from 20 years ago. Decided to buy the inkjet and doing fine. Network is a breeze and the NFC is a handy feature. If your tired of HP and the rest, do yourself a favor and buy a Brother. BTW, Brother is still supporting my Laser jet. Try that after 2 years with the others..good luck.

So far the printer (I purchased two of them) have been great. I have owned for a bit over 2 months now, and have printed about 100 sheets out of it. I end up happening to have to buy the larger model format (w/ 2 year supply) because the 1 year supply format model was on back order and they weren't taking orders at the time. If the ink supply last for 2 years, I have no problem and see it as a wash. Though it would have been nice to purchase the additional ink as-needed to confirm the yield, and annual ink costs (consumables). Print quality is more than adequate, prints speeds are too. Works with all my apple devices seamlessly out of th box. I would surely recommend this printer at this time.

Got this because I’m tired of running out of ink all the time and needed a printer compatible with several operating systems. As promised, works with them all and ink in box is a tremendous amount. Super easy set up

Easy set up. Love that I can print from phone, tablet and laptop without difficulty! Crisp sharp images. Used minimal ink so far - both black and color wells still pretty full. Pleased with purchase. Would buy again.

I love my new Brother INKvestment Tank printer. It was easy to install and easy to use. I love the idea not of having to constantly replace the ink cartridges and the cost was just right!

Hi, After trying another brand which I had issues loading software and trying to get it to scan went with this Brother Scanner and copier. So far everything is going well. Interested in seeing how long the ink lasts.

We got this on sale, and immediately started printing. The ink levels are holding steady at a high level. The functionality is fantastic once it is installed, but it is a little clumsy to get things setup.

Printer works well and connects to all mobile devices. Quality is good enough for homework or non business use. This is a pretty slow printer. For the money it is a good value.

While we have only had this printer a short time, it seems to be all that was promised. Easy set-up and excellent print quality. Hoping the bar codes will print better than old computer. Will update as time goes by about ink life.

This pretty so far is great. Easy to use, easy to set up. It was recommended by the sales person and I am completely happy with. Probably the best printer I’ve had in a long time.

First thing I noticed was how compact it is. Very small footprint. Easy to set up. My windows computers and my iPads and iPhones easily find it and print to it. All in all, a really nice printer.

This is a quality name brand (Brother) printer with ink tank capacity. I purchased it specifically to reduce the printer cartridge expense. I strongly recommend the type & brand.

Very satisfied with our purchase of the Brother INKvestment printer. Purchased it to use to print handout documents with photos, etc. for an event. It worked out well and continues to satisfy our needs.

This printer is one of the best I ever had. Works easily. Connecting to Wi-Fi was very easy and printing from my phone was also easy

My wife is always running out of ink so this printer is efficient when it come to ink and it prints very well after buying a printer almost every year this one is the best so far

Absolutely love this printer. Went back to purchase another one for my husband, but they were out of stock and did not know when they would get any more.
