Brother ink cartridges are much better overall than the competition. More cost effective, easier to use, with great results on paper. May have to bump the rating to 5 stars after continued use over the long haul.

A little pricey but very good quality ink. I have never had a printer last as long as my Brother printer and these ink cartridges always do the job right.

Nothing to review. Open the packets you need and install in printer. It's very easy. Only comment is that Best Buy doesn't stock ink for my printer like they do for HP and Epson. Twice I've had to go elsewhere since they were all out of supply. This time I got lucky, they had 2 left, but none of the black that I also needed. I bought the printer at Best Buy and would appreciate their keeping up with stock......otherwise, why bother selling this brand.

I have bought this product 3x already and so far I am satisfied with the color when I print it and is also affordable.

I like these 'combo' packs as a good way to buy all the colors at a discount to buying them individually, but be sure to check prices for individual colors since sometimes if one or more is on sale buying them individually can be less expensive! It would be nice if it included a black cartridge as well though I understand it is usually necessary to buy those individually when needed as they tend to run out faster. Only problem for me was the package arrived a bit beaten up as it was sent in an envelope rather than a protective box

I use to stand by Kodak printers until my lasted one gave me so much trouble. I have always heard good reviews on Brothers printers, so I bought one and tried it. The XL ink for this printer last longer than it claims to. I have printed more pages than what the ink cartridge box claims. That goes for both the color and black ink. The print colors it produces are vibrant and can make a photo look beautiful. I give Brothers ink two thumbs up.

The quality of this ink is excellent, but what I really love is the fact that it's less expensive to purchase when you buy it in this 3-pack!

I’ve had this same Brother printer MFC-J485 for over 5 years and have been using this same ink and it has been running great the whole time. Lasts longer than the standard cartridge, worth the extra money for capacity you get.

These Brother cartridges work extremely well with my aging MFC-J4600W printer. I keep buying them at Best Buy because they are in stock and the price is reasonable.

In January, 2016, I purchased a Brother printer. Before this, i owned four printers (2 each from the leading brand folks) that all broke down after no more than two years, I decided the last printer's manufacturer treated me so poorly that I would try something new. I read a review that gave the Brother ink experience rave reviews. The concentration of the article focused on how much more efficient Brother ink is compared to the ink from those companies who are relying on their ink to return the profits they lose by marking the printers down so low. What? I knew I spent a small fortune on ink for those other printers but I'm hearing now that not all companies use the ink to make big profits. Sign me up! I purchased my Brother very reasonably from Best Buy who provided me with next day delivery even when the manufacture of the now defunct printer would not offer me that to stay loyal to them. The Brother I have is an entry level printer but i have been very impressed with its printing and it s lack of those misprints and do-overs so often experienced before . But the real highlight of this experience is the ink. It comes in sepaerste cartridges so the buyer is not forced to buy them in this three pack all the time. One may buy a separate cartridge of one color or all colors to go with the three pack. That is key when you discover that your material may use much more of one color. My color is the yellow that seems to empty first so I buy a couple yellow singles to accompany this fantastic 3 color pack. The result: So far in 2016 my brother ink has cost me 1/2 of what i spent to this date last year. The real kicker , however, is that I have had huge projects this year and produced probably 25% more product in 2016. Need I say more? Brother has won me over by keeping the quality and the cost as both important elements for their consumer to consider instead of sacrificing one for the other. .

This combo pack is better than buying all three colors individually. The cartridges fit perfectly and work great.
