However, the product is a good one. The problem was when the package was open the BLACK INK cartridge was missing. And it was the one I really need it to get the copy machine to work. Went to Office Depot and bought a single BLK cart.

They will not fit into my printer and Best But will not take them back since the package was opened. I do not know how you can check the item for compatibility without opening the package. therefore I am out the full charge for this item. I feel I was mislead by Best Buy for this product.

The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more toner and will shorten the life of the toner cartridge.
