    I love the product, hate your delivery. I order this and XL black ink for the 5th or 6th time from Best Buy and for some reason you shipped the black ink to the Muskegon store for pickup and shipped this color pack as desired for both to my home.

    the ink is easy to load. we get the bigger size black ink it seems to used the most,like printing out bank statements and getting copys of things u order.

    Beautiful bright colors, but the cartridges don't last that long especially if you have large print jobs. Usually I order the extra high yield, but occasionally I have to order either one cartridge of the color because I can't print without all of the cartridges being full. Overall it is great for small print jobs.

    Like paying taxes, eating and sleeping, buying printer ink is just a fact of life... I do love my Brother printer... and the high-yield ink packs do seem to last a while considering we have 4 people printing...

    Works great, Best Buy makes it easy to purchase and get it delivered on a timely manner. They are easy to replace and slide into my brother printer. They last me a while as well.

    Haven't used the latest cartridges yet! I purchased them when they were on sale before I ran out of this item because I was low on supply recently. Will install them soon, I'm sure. They work best for my style of printer, I purchased from your store.
