Product was immediately available, which I like, instead of waiting on delivery. Checkout lines were minimal.

They almost always have what I am looking for, and they are convenient for me. They usually have the parts for DIY repair. The people are always helpful.

It is worth it to me to not have to worry about getting some "no name" ink that might jam up the printer. Brother

Doesn’t really matter when you need them you need them now.
