Neither Best Buy nor Brother were willing to replace the cartridges because I didn't realize until after 15 days that the cartridges were defective. Best Buy does not back up the product quality. Anyone can buy anything anywhere these days. There's no reason to shop at box store unless they are willing to back up their product.
