This particular cartridge produces great quality prints. It also last a good deal of time. The price and the quality are above and beyond when compared to other cartridges.

the easy to install black ink cartridge is the only model i have found compatible with the brother printer, an older one at that, requiring LC51 - not easy to find. while on the pricey side, the rarity of it warrants paying the cost. the print comes out sharp, but black does go quicker than the other colors, so buy the big one.

Bother ink has always been good to me, no smudging or smearing.... and its price, especially when compared to other brands, is pretty good.

Good product. Dark black ink. It claims to print 500 pages but it didn't. Perhaps that's just text pages, but how many home users only print out text pages?? I got about 250 pages. I usually buy the OEM ink cartridges online for a fraction of the cost but I was in a pickle and ran to Best Buy for a single cartridge. Happy Best Buy had the cartridge in stock in the store but annoyed at the high price for convenience.

Having 3 different cartridges for color and one for black and ability to set printer for black only printing make this a good value and stretches the time to replace the 3 color cartridges, each one a separate tone.

This purchase was simply to buy new black ink for the Brother machine I have. The ink has been good. As long as I don't do a lot of large print jobs the cartridges can last a good long time.

I have found Brother ink to work better than generic inks that I have tried due to wanting to save money. Yes, I find the ink expensive; however, it works and gives good quality.

This is the best ink cartridge for your Brother printer. I have used the replacement but they don't last. You get what you pay for! Great product!

Brother LC51bk is an extremely hard ink cartridge to find. You had this product at an excellent price and was shipped and received promptly. this genuine product produces excels in printing and copying.

I like the black ink toner that I use for my Brother printer. Everything prints well, clearly and it's a fair value for the price.

This is compatible with brother MFC-465cn. The black is not part of the multi color package. So Need to buy this separately.
