I read in the reviews before purchasing that the wifi was hard to set up. Bur I found just like anything else, if you take your time and read the instructions it worked great with out calling the tech help line. The color is great and works ever time. I think this could get a 6 star rating Happy owner

Easy set up. Fast. Inexpensive ink. Works great for home and small office

Printer quality is excellent. Replacement toner is one of the lowest cost. Front paper feeder is a problem. Jams most of the time and can only feed one sheet at a time. Don’t buy it if you need to use the front feeder. Other then that it’s one of the best work horse printers.

It does everything I could ever want. I use it a couple times a week. I never had a copy machine so I am able to do more than ever before.

This printer has everything, it prints, sends faxes, makes copies and scans to computer or USB. Compared to other brands Brother is by far the best. They have the lowest prices on replacement ink which will save you hundreds of dollars over the lifespan of the printer.

Have not had any problems over 3 months now. No issues with printing via wifi from Windows, Android, and iOS.

Does not print real crisp/clear. Ink is cheaper in the long run. The HP 8600 inkjet printed a better quality.

This is a fantastic printer, we use it in a busy office as a shared printer and it handles everything we throw at it without going into overload!

Replaced my prior two year old MFC-9130CW printer with an exact duplicate because I had a transparency melt on the fuser. This was a user error, but a new purchase made more sense than replacing the part with labor etc. Shopped many different laser printers in the past; this was the best choice and you can't beat the price or quality!

This is my second Brother printer and I am a true fan of Brother products. I have no complaints and am very happy with my purchase. Great printer.

This Brother all in one is a good basic machine. It's my second Brother machine. The first lasted about 11 years of much printing; programs, brochures and mass correspondence. I like the wireless printing feature, but it is not as fast as stated. Have not tried the scan or fax features yet, but if it is anything like my previous machine, they will be fine.

the printer is excellent and i am so happy i purchased it. no i did not need this for just home everyday printing but the speed and quality are great. i called brother and they helped me hook it up wirelessly to a mac and a pc and the customer service was great. i have scanned, made copies, and used it for printing and it is just what i expected.

If you need a color printer/copier this is a good one. Also many follow-ups on the printer. they should go into more about the set up & uses.

This printer was everything that I wanted; unfortunately, I'm going to have to send it back. It is too heavy and too big for me. It does everything!, but I really don't need a printer that does everything. If you have the room in your office this is for you. It is really a professional printer, and not a home printer for somebody like me.

I have a small business at home and it works perfectly for my home office . I would highly recommend to everybody for the small business
