I bought this printer because it's a laser printer and I had a Brother laser printer at work. Used that printer a lot in the 10 years I had it. I know that I'll get the same crisp quality printing and photos on my new printer.

finding a wireless color printer is hard. This one is great! It does everything and is very user friendly. I have no complaints on this one.

I really enjoy the ease of use with this printer. The only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t have double sided print feature. You have to reload the paper in the tray if you want double sided print. Other than that it works great.

This is the best multifunction laser printer you can put your money on. Economical

Our printer is doing a good job after the first page when we print multiple pages. The first page letters are light some time, so some times we have to print it again. Plus our pictures colors are not the true colors of the items of what we took.

Has almost all of the necessary printer functionality. Auto selection between color and black & white, auto document feed, lifting cover to allow documents on the glass, large volume paper tray, touch screen controls. Very disappointed in Brother support when you need help solving problems.

It cost alot of money up front but you dont have to do ink as often for the printer

All in ones. Not sure I'm a fan but it's what my dad wanted. He also wanted laser. I've set up a million of these and work in IT. HP is far more out of the box ready. Took too much time and if you don't have a CD Drive which most laptops don't now ... you download from the mfg site. This is where this process fails.

I do not use the printer often or for high volume and I do not fax. I got this because I had trouble all the time with liquid ink printers because of the sporadic use. I check on the replacement cartridge prices before I got the printer and these are fairly priced especially for generic cartridges. I plugged in the cable to my computer because the manual and the gibberish in it was not designed for a guy who just wants to use the thing but supposedly you can print wirelessly. It didn't work instantly so I plugged in the usb cable (NOT PROVIDED) I used the one from my old printer. Then my Mac and the printer worked out the details with me just saying yes. Would it work wirelessly now? I will probably never check it works as it is now - why screw with it?

I got tired of having to trouble shoot my epson inkjet, i print occasionally, this brother printer is awesome, easy to setup, only thing is really really big, be prepared to have some friends or neighbors who can help you lug it

Bought this to replace black and white Brother printer. My experience with Brother printers has always been good and this is no exception. Prints good and is pretty quick to first print. A little loud but once it goes into sleep mode its fine.

For what I use it for it is perfect, the Best Buy recommendation was right on
