good all in one printer did not have good experience with customer service

I have 2 MFC-9130CW (in-home office and business location). It is easy to use and I really love it. However, each one has died within 1 year but thankfully, I purchased extended warranties on both and had them both replaced. Got the extended warranty on each of the replacements--again, I love them but lets see if they break again. I would not recommend buying these without buying the extended warranty (additional $29.99)--they are replaced for free if you have it. Because the toners are large, I don't have to replace ink often.

Print job takes forever to complete as it is connected via wifi. It will print faster if you connect it through USB but that's good for one machine. However, in a small office network, everyone has to print, which will be connected via wifi.

The set up wasn't quick and it is a large printer, but the product is good.

The print quality is good, however, the connection and data transfer for printing via any device takes for ever. If u have patience, overall it's a good printer. I hope it lasts for a few years.

This Brand alone is great. I truly believe this is their ultimate printer.

I was a little skeptical about buying my laser printer.but for the amount that I use it on a daily basis the sales associate suggested I buy it.and I love it so far it is fast and is saving me money on buying ink.

I can print up to 2000 pages without replacing a toner

So far this printer has met or exceeded my expectations. When printing graphics, the pictures are clear and the color good. The scanning capability is a major plus. It prints reasonably fast, too. Another plus is that this is an AirPrint machine, so you can print directly from your Apple device, and it also works wirelessly, so you can print from a computer or phone or tablet that is in another room. The price was quite good for a multi-function color laser printer. To date, the only con I have encountered is the "receiving data" message popping up on the LCD panel (which happened to me with a different color laser Brother printer, too). It does not prevent printing, however. Overall, I would purchase this again.

Good color laser printer for home or light office use. Buy extended warranty since it is not designed to last very long. Parts need replacement once you print 100 reams.

Fax machine cuts off last page of almost every fax I sent. Scanner is not bad, does allow you to stack or group pages together. Printer works fine. Owner's Manuel is not user friendly.

Excellent printer for the price. Print quality is excellent. Speed is very good. Easy to setup wireless/network printing. Easy to use touchscreen.
