Overall, the print was crisp and clear. It was also quick. However, it lacks a network port. The manual talks of a network port. The salesman talked of a network port, but in the fine print on the box, it was missing. It means you would have to use the USB or wireless.

I switched to Brother from another printer because my other one couldn't keep up with my volume of printing, copying and scanning. My place of employment uses Brother and I have never been let down by them! Great product for someone who needs an all in one machine. Highly recommend buying this product.

I purchased this printer 3 months ago and so far it has been a great printer. The set up was very easy - I also wanted something that I could use for faxing documents and if you want an easy to set up all-in-one for use with a home phone line - this is a great option. The set up was easy and works great. The settings are easy to navigate. The quality is good and works like a small office printer without killing a budget. The wireless set-up is easy to config and works great.

Great printer scanner. Easy to operate. Good clear copies. The only thing I don't like is you have to manually turn pages over for 2 sided prints. Comes with a nice free software package for business and home. A bit of a large footprint but all functions works well. Would recommend to a friend. Love the touch LCD controls.

Have been using this printer for a week or so now. The printer works great. I print envelopes and my last printer would ruin the envelop because of the paper path. This printer works great printing envelopes. The scan/ copy feature works perfect. I scanned 20 pages using the feeder and worked perfect. I recommend this printer.

The printer works great. Mainly wireless hook up so no cables going everywhere. Connection does go bad here and there. Would need to re-start computer and printer to re-gain connection. Scanner takes a minute to find computer. Most times I have to try scanning one item multiple times before it connects and sends file. Scanner feeder also lags, it does two pages and then slowly does the rest. I primarily open to scan than do multiple pages since the lag. Its being used in a small office environment and we need scans to be quick. As to the fax, haven't used it yet. Printer is excellent, doesn't go through toner quickly. If your looking more for a quick scanner for multiple pages, keep on looking.

It ran straight out of the box with very minimal set up. I don't need to install any printer driver. Windows 10 automatically identified this printer with no problem. Wireless set up is a breeze. Same, I just need to input my modem's password and it work like a charm. The only thing that I have not played with is the color calibration. My wife is using it for her PrintMaster calendar creator and the colors are off but other than that it works and that what matters. Also, the reason we got a color laser printer is because of the ink. They always seems to dry out and not last very long. I expect these toners to last us a long time. We are not heavy printer and this works for us.

I highly recommend Brother printer products over any other brand. My third brother printer in 8 years (I still use all three for different purposes) and never a mechanical issue. Setup was very easy and I have four machines connect to it wirelessly.

It has everything you want in a printer, copier, scanner, and it even sends faxes. Easy to use. Prints black and white , and color. The best of all its laser, so you will be saving on toner.

We like the printer for its print quality and speed. However we are having problems sending scanned images to our Mac. This could be more of a Mac issue but don't know for sure as it's still not working properly. We'll have to contact Brother and see what they say. All in all though, it's a great printer.

Have always owned ink jet printers that just did not hold up after several years talk to several people that kept telling me to get a lazer printer that it would be better for my use. /this printer works well for my use faster and better quality of printing so far

I purchased the Brother MFC-9130CW for my home office. It is fast, the colors are crisp and vibrant. If there is anything I would probably change would be I should have got a unit that does 2 sided printing. You will be pleased with this printer.
