This printer is exactly what we were looking for. I replaced another Brother printer (B&W laser) with this color laser, including wireless printing. Great investment!

I have only had the printer maybe 1-2 months. Purchased it for my newly started business and I am very happy with the way it prints and the features it offer.

works as expected, seems a quality product, have only had for a month but no issues, menus OK, paper feed much better than the HP products I've owned in the past

Brother is the best source for laser printers. This model comes with the toner cartridges installed, although you have to pull them out to remove the plastic seals. By so doing you quickly learn how easy it is to replace them and don't end up with extra packing material to toss. My only complaints is this model has no Ethernet (just WIFI) and that the touch screen doesn't work well with a finger. I used the end of a capped marker as a stylus to navigate it and that worked fine.

The printer is very good so far; just needed Brother Techs to help set up WIFI. Brother service was great 24/7. Would recommend this product.

The Brother color laser jet is a great printer. I really like the quality of the pictures. And with all laser jets the printing is very fast.

Good price after discount, Easy to install, Easy to use, But the touch screen panel is not sensitive, need to touch several time to select the function.

It has been a while since I purchased a large volume color copier, scanner and fax. This machine was easy to set up and understand and does a great job printing.

Much higher quality than the HP's we just threw in the trash and it was an exceptional value at Best Buy.

Great quality printer. Print speed is excellent and color documents turn out great. Only thing missing is Duplex printing feature.

Printer is quiet and smooth operating. I like the detail and color matching from what I see on the screen.

Had to get new printer after I just couldn't take it any more dealing with all the HP error messages/software issues/updates(HP photosmart7280). Vowed never to get another HP. Researched this one and has been terrific so far. Easy to use and install software, quality document/small business forms printing, i still use a separate photo printer for photos/images or things that need color crispness(Canon i9900). But this printer has been great. It has starter ink cartridges and have replaced the black already, brother ink was around $70-80, but I used a non-Brother cartridge from Amazon for about $25. I was worried using a non brand due to all the HP issues they have with nonbrand ink, but it has worked just fine. Absolutely would recommend this printer.

The machine is easy to use with the touch screen and gives explicit directions.
