This printer is a great value for the money! Quality is really good for the price you pay! It's got paper feeder on top and can send directly to email!

Print quality is awesome and speed is fast even from sleep mode. ADF work good and 2 sided scanning make quick work of digitizing your documents.

Great reliable color laser. I have always trusted brother printers for dependability and quality printing. This model is no exception, I like that it has a USB port to scan to USB storage. ADF works great. Overall an excellent printer.

Pro nice quality printer, sets up easy, has wireless printing, including apple print, expect to get best cost per print from this printer. good detailed interface for advanced network setup. Scans good to network folder. Con: Seems a bit slow for the size and price, navigating the menus would be best if it had a larger screen.

Our business needed a new printer to replace one that had served us well for several years. We had a good experience with the Brother so we bought another. Best Buy was our choice for convenience, we walked in and bought a new model.

It is so nice to finally have a printer that just works. I don't do a lot of printing and had issues with ink jets as a result. I was constantly cleaning the printer head, wasting ink in the process, and still not getting a clean printout. This laser printer simply works. I love it. Printed a 15 page document double-sided today. Worked like a charm. No regrets. I took off one star since picture printing isn't as good as an inkjet, but it's good enough for my purposes.

Ordered this for my office, and it has been printing nearly non-stop for 2 weeks. Great quality prints. Very reliable. Rarely jams.

I used to have a top of the line Brother all in one printer. After several years, it was time for a new one. My husband made the decision (without me) to purchase an Epson Inkjet All-in-one. Didn't have it more than a few months before it started making loud, strange noises and stopped printing. I ended up deciding to get another Brother All-in-One and have been using this one for a few months and absolutely love it. It is quiet, quick and makes great copies and prints.

I picked up this printer after having great success with a Brother black & white printer - I needed to upgrade to color. Assembly is quick, and I can spread out my toner purchases based on how much color I use - each cartridge has a HUGE capacity compared to ink, doesn't dry out, and can be replaced individually. My printing is quick and dries fast - my only real complaint is a lack of a good way to 'catch' large orders.

Pleased with print quality and ease of operation. Still in use with toner that came with the printer.

good machine - make sure you get the right model - particularly with regards to network hardwire (RJ45 - 100 BaseT) ability. This is not a bigabit capable machine - though it is compatible with gigabit networks. It is relatively easy to configure as a hardwire network machine -- most less expensive models do not have hardwire network capability. So Beware... These machines are most easily set up to be wireless printers for smartphones.

This is my second Brother multifunction machine. It works as well as the original machine which I had for for 11 years with no performance issues but is a color laser multifunction machine!

I probably do more printing than the average home user. I did 600-1000 pages of printing in the last 6 weeks. I also do quite a bit of scanning. I am happy with the printer. It has great speed for scanning and does 2-sided scanning which is very nice. It does a good job of printing however, I do not think I get as many pages out of the toner cartridges as advertised, but I find this true of most printers. It does warn you that you are getting low far before you need a new cartridge but the quality of printing decreases quite a bit as you continue printing when the color cartridges get low. This is not the printer for someone who wants to print photos. However it is great for high volume printing

I bought this for my office. I needed a color printer that would print pics on plain paper. Had an inkjet before. The inkjet would soak the paper, this printer prints good quality color pics on plain paper without soaking the paper. Since it's a laser printer the paper is not even wet. I tried photo paper, works good, but the inkjet works better on photo paper.

Easy to set up and use. Great space option for an all in one. Good quality prints.

I retired, returned to college, and needed a color laser printer for my A&P class PowerPoint study guides. It's less expensive in the long run to buy the Brother Laser Printer (and a set of extra capacity toner cartridges) than to keep buying ink for my inkjet. The quality is excellent and I would recommend this (relatively) inexpensive color laser printer to anyone who has to print upwards of 2000 color pages per year.

I like Brother printer. The sale price is good. This all in one model is the right size for my small business operation. All functions well so far; wi fi is great.

We have a brother black only laser that has been phenomenal for many years. This does everything else we need - copying, scanning, color prints, and we can print direct from our phones. The cost per sheet is a bit high, but Brother makes very solid printers and we are quite happy with it. Just need to wait for a sale on the toner cartridges!
