We needed a printer when our big copy machine went down so we bought this one. It stepped in like a champ, and made our lives easier. Would highly recommend.

Since my first Brother printer, about 20 years ago, I have been loyal to the brand; now on my third multi-function printer. A nicety is the commonality of features, from one product to the next; although this one, with the all digital interface, is the biggest change to date. I have been using this product heavily for a month, using all features; and it has done the job well. The only issue has been the manual document feeder, which tends to indicate a jam, when there is not one; but, this could be an operational procedure that I've yet to master.

This Brother 9340 does it all and it does it well. It even has duplex printing which is a great feature. Now if it would just make my coffee as well.

Does everything and easy to set up and operate. Also ink usage is better than most printers on the market. I now save lots of dollars on ink.

I wanted a laser printer that had scanning capabilities. It scans both sides with one pass and works great. Print quality is good too.

I purchased this with the 2-year replacement and near the end of the warranty it did have an issue but I simply brought it in and had the tech look up my warranty and found the newer version and traded it out. even got the warranty on the replacement cheaper because the newer version was cheaper in cost to the original one I purchased so I applied the balance to the new warranty. that is one of the many aspects I love about Best Buy.

I'm an IT technologist, and I hate printers! Especially at home. They are nothing but a headache. I bought this affordable laser printer to solve both problems at home - keeping connection for everyone's devices, and keeping the ink in good shape - affordably. We are happy so far. That is more than I can say for the last 5-6 highly rated inkjet "home" printers.

I bought this printer because I was tired of always having to replace printer ink on my inkjet printer. I chose this printer because of the feature set that it offered. I found it easy to set up, and it produces great prints. Keep in mind I mainly use this for documents as I have a dedicated photo printer. I would have given this a five star rating if not for the fact that I sometimes have issues with it showing that it is off line when I try to print, but it hasn't been that big of an issue.

Setup and install are always easy with brother. Normally the devices live well past their warranty, even in a SOHO.
