Ease of purchase, ease of unboxing, setup, install and WiFi connectivity. Installed mobile app and printed from several areas (email, files, acrobat, Facebook etc..) Print quality is very good.

Brother MFC-J1010 DW AIO printer

The set-up was easy, including the wireless. The print quality is good. Scanning and copying are easy as well. I do not do a lot of printing so I cannot speak to heavy-duty use.

Print quality is good even if printing is a bit slow. Overall pleased with the purchase/love the ink program!

Brother - MFC-J1010DW

Perfect for the small business and with the new Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription service, I feel you save on Money. Inkjets need to be used monthly so the ink doesn’t dry out our clog the print heads. The monthly costs sure does save based on your printing habits. My last MFC was 12 years old. It would’ve kept going but I needed an upgrade. If you’re on a budget and want a great all in one then check this model out. You’ll thank me.
