I needed a printer that works with Windows 11. Setting this up wasn't as easy as I hoped but was able to manually enter the wifi information on the printer and everything has worked great since.

Nice little printer for home use. Easy to set up. Doesn't take up too much room.

Great printer at a great price. Easy setup. Lots of bells and whistles, for quick and easy copying, scanning, printing. To my knowledge the only printer on the market that allows use of refurbished ink cartridges.

We have been needing a new one for quite some time. Our last one was a brother so we went with this one. Has been excellent so far!

optimal and great the representative helped me find what i needed exactly and also gave me good instructions on what to do we also added the protection after he explained how it works. my office is now complete !

Good printer overall, seems a bit flimsy compared to past Brother printers I’ve owned but works fine. Print quality is good even if printing is a bit slow. Overall pleased with the purchase/love the ink program!

I purchased this printer because of the price and that I previously had a Brother inkjet printer that lasted for years. I am very pleased with this printer and was surprised to learn it prints front and back if selected.

I recently purchased the Brother MFC-J1010DW printer. I went to the store to buy this particular model. It was out of stock and the sales person ordered for me. Very efficient customer service as my printer was delivered on the day promised. It was easy to set up and is working well. I only needed a basic printer and this one is ideal with a reasonable cost. Although I am a little concerned about how long my ink with last and the cost to replace. I'll come back here with 5 stars if that all works out.

As a product, it's a good printer. I bought my first one from Amazon, and it lasted for 7 years. I paid 89.00 dollars for it so I think it was a decently good product to get 7 years out of it, however, there are some newer models/printers by different manufacturers that offer a tiny bit less expensive when it comes to refills of ink cartridges. After it went out of order, I purchased another one, but not from the same manufacturer. I do however do not not recommend it. Again it's a good value for the money. Decent printer.

This is a great printer. Its better than the hp printer that just broke. I had the hp for 4 years customer service was horrible. And i could never get the pri ter to work from my computer when i nedded it to. This brother printer prints as requested every time. It works so well i havent needed to call customer service. Set up was easy and i havent run out of the free ink yet.

Simple, very easy to set up. We had a similar brother printer and always had issues with wireless printing. Now we can easily print from our pc, phones and tablets

This Brother printer represents a solid value for everyday printing needs. The wireless capability is a great tool as well.

Consumer Report recommended this printer. And after a hellish experience with an HP which I had to return - I opted for a Brother. It fit on my shelf. Wasn’t quite as nice looking as the HP - but it worked much better. And that’s the whole point. So I am satisfied. Easy to set up - to connect with Wi-Fi and my different devices. Also it has a LCD screen which lets you know where you are at. Plus there is an app for the phone. Even an instruction manual in the box. Too many brands don’t bother with that anymore unfortunately. The printing is fast. Quality is good. So like CR, I recommend it. And the price is right.
