My employer uses multiple Brother machines in all offices so i thought id get one at home. Easy set-up and easy use. The prints are nice and it works fast.

This is one of the best printers I have ever bought. It is so much better than the HP printers I bought in the past.

This replaced an old HP. It is faster and quieter. I also like the Refresh Program.

Like this printer,brother is one the few companies that let you buy ink from third party source.Also the ink cost from brother is o.k. My last brother gave me seven years of good service and I expect this one will do the same.The functions are well marked and unit is easy to set up.

I have had this printer for several months now and it prints great. It is fast. It connects through Wi-Fi, and it has decent color. I mainly use it to print labels when shipping things. My only complaint is that the ink cartridges are always sold out and cost way more money than other printer cartridges. I am having so much trouble finding ink cartridges, that I think I will have to order a different printer so I can print things now, while I wait for the ink cartridges to come back in stock (if ever).

Bought this printer as an urgent purchase because my old HP printer stopped working. I switched from HP to Brother because HP had bad reviews. I was able to make great copies within 5 minutes of turning it on. I later went through the full wifi set-up which was easy; it took about 1hr since I wanted to run the calibration. The documents I scanned were clear. I love that I can print from my phone and the ink cartridges are not a one tricolor cartridge like HPs which was costly. Only negative is that it does not include the printer cable. I highly recommend this printer.

Bought this one to replace an old Epson inkjet printer that gave me nothing but problems. This one works great from Windows, iPhone & Android with zero issues.

For photos on plain paper it worked very well. B&W was fast. Color slower. Overall, just fine.

Its so easy to use and convenient you can print from a laptop or phone wireless as long as you connect to the same Wi-Fi. also you can use the cord connection.

This was easy to set up and quick to get started. It does everything I need it to do and is not complicated and nothing to download.

Easy setup. Only drawback is the small digital screen. Prints quickly. Prints well.

love all the features and it was very easy to connect to wireless. Instructions were very cut and dried! Would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a decent home computer.

I bought this printer 10 months ago. I started getting error messages saying my yellow ink was low when I almost exclusively print B&W. I have used nearly no yellow ink. Customer service told me the printer uses ink during maintenance, even when it is idle. The error message pops up every few seconds and obstructs my view of the screen. Customer service told me there was no way to stop the pop-up error message without replacing the low ink cartridge. Also, there is no way to test that the ink level reader. No way to tell if replacing the ink cartridge would truly correct the problem. But, I was told I could still print B&W. When I followed the chat agent's directions, it would not print in B&W. I want to send a written complaint to someone who would read it; the chat agent told me the only way to write a complaint was to write on the survey that popped up after out chat. Before the chat ended, and while I was still writing, the chat agent ended the chat. The fact that the printer does not print unless all ink cartridges are inserted and have useable ink, it uses ink even when idle, it does not even print in B&W when a color ink cartridge is low, the information I was given was wrong, the problems explained above were not in the product information, there is no way to register a complaint other than the online survey after the chat and the chat agent ended the chat before I was finished prompted me to write this review and give the printer 2 stars. The only redeeming qualities are that if you have all of the cartridge holders holding Brother ink cartridges and the ink cartridges are read as having adequate ink, you can print. If all of those conditions are not met, it will not print.

Affordable and easy to connect. I was surprised that this printer can print 2 side automatically. Our last brother printer lasted for more than a decade, hope this one will too.
