This is my first Brother printer as well as my first wireless printer and I have to say that it has proven to be a great addition to my home office. It responds quickly and prints just as I would expect it to. So far I've only printed text documents as I don't really have much of a reason to print images. Honestly, main reason I went with Brother was so that when I printed something I could say, "Thanks, Bro." Also, my cats think it is a demon from hell, but I am very happy with the purchase.

This is an excellent printer for my home needs. It has very good print quality and is reliable. Only have for a short time, so far, but I am glad I got this one. It is a great value and more efficient than my last HP printer. Works better than my last printer, a Kodak. Would recommend to all who want a quality product that is cost effective.

I bought this device back in February and I've got to say that I'm incredibly pleased with how stress-free this printer has been. I have had other brands before with troublesome drivers, set-up and ink issues but this one just works. Simple. FAST. And it uses seemingly no ink. Eight months in I JUST replaced the first black cartridge.

The product works and performs like advertised. Print quality is good.

Love this printer! It allows you to print in grayscale and does not use color ink when doing so! I can also print in draft mode which is great. I will Never buy an Epson again after spending tons of money on their ink cartridges which never lasted more than a month! I am a stay at home mom who prints worksheets, study guides and an occasional photo or two for my 10 year old son. So far, Brother has been amazing for this daily use. It is smaller than the Epson Workforce I had, but does all the same things my Epson did- fax, copy, scan and print without using up tons of ink! The ink cartridges are less expensive than Epson's and the quality of the pages it produces is just as good! Buy this printer if you are DONE with wasting money on ink!!! I wish I had tossed my Epson before it died, but am so glad to start the new school year with the Brother!

I am very happy with this purchase. The wireless setup was pretty smooth. The ONLY draw back is that I need to remind myself to TURN ON the printer before I actually hit print. D'OH! 2 sided printing are among the many features this unit has. I like the ability to move away from the usual big name printer brands that charge so much for ink. Individual colors that are also offered with large capacity options are a big plus. Home use only networking for 2 iMacs.

After looking for a home printer which would not cost me a lot of money for ink replacements I chose the Brother J4320DW printer. The printer is just the right size for my desk not too bulky. Had a little trouble getting it to print with my computer but called customer service which was wonderful and had the printer printing in no time. Get sharp prints and good color combinations. Couldn't ask for anything better and great customer service.

Got this because we have a home office with two formats. I have an HP printer, as well as a high speed brother scanner. This fills in the need for a flatbed scanner as well as functioning as a fax. Slow printer, however. But makes copies . It works for our small usage. Brother offers excellent support.

A lot of plastic and you have to take out paper tray to refill it. The price was great but I ordered it because other printers cost too much to refill the cartridges. It is slow to print but ok for the price

my kodak printer stop working.so i been looking at the brothers printer online.so i said to myself why not check it out. glad i made the buy. very good printer.

Brother has been quietly putting out good printers for a while and this one is no exception.

This product was great and everything was what I wanted until it would only print twice before you would have to go back through the set up so it could print... annoying... will have to return!
