This printer was easier to use than many other printers. For the price, it has several useful features, including the touch-screen display that allowed for easy setup and job selection. So far it looks like it will last as long as my last Brother Printer, which was about six years.

Printer was easy to set-up and use. Have printed single and double-sided and scanned single and multiple pages, all using WiFi connections from laptop and tablet. Bought printer for capability of printing large 11" x 17" spreadsheets and maps, but have yet to purchase large six paper. Printer is a bit noisy when it receives communications and kicks into the print mode; can be a bit disconcerting at first, but still seems to print well, so I guess it is just the cleaning/preparation stage.

We purchased a series of HP multi-purpose printers, none of which lasted more than a year or so - and which were expensive to maintain because of the way they gobbled up toner. The Brothers printer is better in every regard. Much more reliable and easy to maintain.

This is a good printer for an entry level business. The fax portion of the printer is above average. My faxes have all come out clear on both the receiving and the transmission end. The scanner works well, and the printer functions are above average. There is a document feeder at the top of the unit. The paper tray holds about 50 sheets of paper. The only thing needed is a multi-card reader. The door lift mechanism seemed sturdier than others I tested.

This printer has been working good. A little slow at times but ok. I was really easy to install and I love that it is wireless! But so far not a bad buy.

Only had printer for 3 weeks but so far, has done a fine job of printing, faxing, copying, and scanning. Last time I had a Brother, it worked fine for 2 years and then started displaying error codes which could not be fixed. So fingers crossed.

Always I used HP printer. because of brand name. I was worried about brother printer when I purchased it if I doesn't work very well. but It was not!. Quality is very good when copy with color. scan also good. network setting is really great!!!

This is a good little printer for basic needs. It was easy to set up, the wifi works well, and it's pretty quiet. For color photos, it's vital to use BROTHER paper... the other paper we tried did not absorb the ink and the prints were all smudged. But Brother paper works really well. I would recommend this printer.

I have had nothing but problems with wifi connections between all in one printers and computer. This machine is a delight. Quiet, fast and reliable. It did take over an hour to install the software but..... at least its not an HP.

This printer is great. EZ setup, flawless printing. Near field communication is great. Wireless is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Best small printer I have owned Prints well and scanning is easy. The small footprint is perfect for my home office.

Prints nice and clean sheets. I love the air print nice and convienent. And it looks nice and was on sale good deal all around.

IF you need a printer thats all in one I would recommend this one. Good price as well , printed about 100 4 by 6 pictures with the ink that came with it when i bought it. Thanks brother for another great all in one printer!!

This printer is great for home use. It was very easy to set up-although I did call for help because I'm not that tech savvy. The Brother rep on the phone was very patient and helpful. The process took less than 30 min.

This printer is great. Was easy to set up. The only down fall would be the oversized paper loading is a single sheet at a time.

Easy to set up, great on ink, and wireless to the T ! I was almost discouraged by some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I went against what some people were writing. This printer is great, great, great !

I have held off writing this review for a couple months to give this printer a chance. While it prints better than the Epson printer I previously owned, I am disappointed with this printer for the following reasons. 1). The paper tray doesn't hold much paper. 2) The paper tray is so flush to the base that I can't pull out the paper tray to refill without moving my mouse pad next to my computer. The Epson printer paper tray was lifted up just a little bit to open above my mouse. 3) The paper tray loads and pulls the paper horizontally. The reason this is a problem is I can't use a half piece of paper to print a small print job like before. 4) The printer is louder than I expected compared to the Epson. Overall, I would not buy this printer again, but works for my basic needs for now.

Also own a 4510DW. Great document printing and love the ability to print wirelessly from iPhone and iPad. Setup could be easier. Directions lack some detail.

Compared to my HP nightmare, this is a dream. I hope it continues to please!

It took awhile to figure out how to set it up. Our first wireless printer, but now we love it. Easy to use. The display window is especially great. Great printer at a great price, thanks to Best Buy!
