I bought this for its 4 in 1 features, and easy ability to print from my phone. It has definitely met my needs. Like all inkjets, it has a slower page per minute rate than my laser printer. But It does print in color and on both sides of the page. One con I have seen in my limited use is that the reds seem to deviate on the printed page from how they look on my screen.

I bought this for a small home office to support school projects for my teenager, and wanted wireless so we could easily print from several different sources. I settled on this printer after researching quite a bit to find a balance of reliability, print quality, features, and low print cost per page. It was easy to hook up to all my devices, is fast enough for my needs, and puts out good quality prints. I bought it on sale for a good price, and the next week it was on sale even lower. Best Buy honored their pledge and refunded the difference with no hassle. The only thing I would have liked more is if the price adjustment could have been done over the phone or online, instead of requiring me to go back to the store.

Have used hp for years, decided to try brother not only is the machine smaller it uses less ink and takes far less space on the desk and has more features. Single sheet feeder illimanates the need for a second printer tray

This low priced multi-function printer is one of the best printers for a business. Does everything and allows for Legal size paper.

Good overall printer with copy/scan functions. I'm done with HP - customer service is terrible and ink is way too expensive - Brother has turned out to be a good alternative. Had an older machine that I had a problem with and Brother replaced it with a newer machine, free of charge even though it was outside of the initial warranty!

This was the easiest printer to set up. Owning all apple products it worked seamlessly from my macs as well as my iPhone :)

Love all of the features. Wireless printing, 2-sided printing, and scanning are the features I use most. Works great, especially for this price. I switched over to this from an HP printer and I'm glad I made the switch.

It provides the option of printing 11X17, one page at a time, for a low price. The print clarity and detail could be better though and it might take a few printhead cleanings to get to acceptable quality. The scanner works well and the wifi connection is good.

I love how easy it was to connect to my computer. I also love how easy it is to you use and the touch screen feature.
