    Wireless setup took quite a bit of time but once setup was complete printing was easy and print quality was great.

    My company has had great luck with this product thus far; it's been used nearly every day for the sole purpose of scanning old photos. Not the highest-top end quality, but definitely does the job for what we're needing at this time.

    I had a hard time getting in touch with Customer Service. It took 4 tries before I was able to talk to someone and was on hold a number of times. I was very unhappy at that point, but, when I called this time I was able to talk to a CSR and I resolved some issues. Everything is working good now

    Compact printer that I use in my home office. It was a quick and easy set up, and I can now print wirelessly from all of my devices. I love that it prints in color too. We have also used the scan function quite a bit and are very happy with the outcome.
