    Power brownout fried my previous Brother multi. Bought this unit to replace it. After buying it, saw a BB add for $20 less. Called customer service and was instantly granted the price reduction - nice work CS. Software suite was an added bonus.

    This is a great printer for home. My only complaint which I had read in a review is it looses connectivity occasionally and has to be re installed. Otherwise it is good for what we need

    Easy enough to setup. Scans pretty well, altho it skipped a couple of pages (max load 25 sheets), regular and level size. Prints clearly. Haven't tried scanning photos yet, but isn't advertised as a photo printer.

    Bought this to replace a printer that was having problems with. Easy set up and has worked wirelessly on two different computers great. The ink is really reasonable priced. Wonderful to have a printer that works!!

    A big consideration when purchasing a printer was size and this is definitely a space-saver in regards to depth. The ink is easy to refill also. So far so good.

    I'm very pleased with my new printer. I would have loved a book inside answering any questions I might have about its functions. The book packed with it more often than not told you to look up any questions online and I prefer having it on hand to look up directly.
