This printer is perfect for us, compact, wireless and easy to use. Also copies, scans and fax if needed. The salesman at Best Buy recommended it.

Bought this printer for my home office. Liked the fact it was wireless and that I have bought other Brother printers in the past. It does take more time if you print big, color jobs wirelessly. Most text based printing is quick and smooth. If you are looking for a basic, wireless printer for small to medium print jobs, I would recommend this printer.

Terrific printer, especially for the size. Does so much; prints color, prints 2 sides, scans.... Great home printer for high schoolers who need to print term papers with color graphs!

The size of printer is perfect and it has 4 cartridges which runs well when used on economy mode. Print time is adequate and WiFi lets you print from mobile phone

Easy and not too complicated to set up. I love being able to print from my phone. We have not brought ink for it yet but I love that the other reviews say that the ink is cheap.

I bought this printer for my parents, and they have had no complaints. The ink is noticeably cheaper than their old printer, and it seems to last longer. Set-up was fairly easy, as long as you've, at one point in your life, installed any sort of software onto a computer. The wireless printing works well which is great for them, as their computer is all the way in their basement.

The price it was offered for, it is really a good deal. With multiple ink cartridges and having wifi setup and having application it is really easy set up and can be accessed across the house and it is comparatively faster. I loved the performance. It is quite early to review cartridge. But I believe it should be okay.

Perfect printer, easy set up. Its fast, prints double sided, has fax and scan. Love it. And its smaller than other brands that do the same thing so it takes up less space.

This printer was easy to set up, as long as you follow all instructions there will be no problems, then you can download the app on your phone or tablet and print from there. I was extremely tired of going to other places and paying for copies and other things, so I decided to look for a printer and came across this one in the store which is not the original one I planned on buy and it cost more that what I went to purchase but I had a coupon from Best Buy and it was on sale so I bought it anyway and I am still happy that I did. The scanning function it excellent as well as the copy function, it does double sided prints which was my main reason for buying it, the ink is not expensive the only thing is that if you are printing a lot of papers and they are double sided it is a tad bit slow but not slow enough for me to return it, ohhh and it seems like it came with full ink cartridges cause I've bought it a few months back and still using the same ink. Always check ink price first before buying a printer it can save you tons of money.

I was looking for a new printer that was an all in one and that was compact and this one is perfect it had an option to print quietly it's user friendly it had air print so you can print from all your mobile devices tablets etc and the quality of the printing is really good I got this on sale at Best Buy for $50 it was a great buy I would highly recommend this printer

Very user friendly. Easy to hook up and use. Nice quality prints. The wireless works good off any device.

I bought this printer on sale after my kodack printer decided it had enough after 8 years. I had some experience with brothers printers at my job and was amazed at how easy they where to use. I appreciate the fact that the colors are separated and if one is used up all of them don't have to be replaced. The ink is also inexpensive and is available at many stores for far cheaper than Kodak ink cartridges. The printer takes up far less space than my previous one without sacrificing any standard features. I was able to set up, connect to my network and start printing in a matter of minutes. I didn't need to install the software to print but when it came to scanning the software is required. The software installation isn't long but there where some additional application that I didn't need nor want on my computer and had to uninstall them. I highly recommend this printer and hope it last for as long if not longer than my old printer

Good basic printer with reliable WiFi. Slow but good quality black and white print. Photo quality is OK unless printing dark pictures. Ink price is much better than competitive products.

I love Brother printers -- especially because of the multiple ink cartridges allowing you to only replace what's needed. This printer replaced an older version due to the desire for a wireless printer that can communicate w/ iPhones and iPad using AirPrint. Easy set-up and flawless operation. Best Buy staff appeared to be pushing HPs, but I'm never going back to those hot messes!!

Prints beautifully but is somewhat noisy..prints clearly and is easy to use

This printer is a good buy for the price. I ended up paying $60 instead of the $100, but $100 is still a decent price. It has all the features you'd expect. Auto duplex printing is a must in my opinion. The ink is reasonably priced for it as well. Printouts look as expected. I haven't tried printing photos on photo paper yet, but I expect they'll turn out fine considering what you pay for the printer. Brother is a great printer brand that can be relied on as well.

Easy set up, WiFi was quick to connect. Fax works great. Plus I can print from my iPad and iPhone.
