So far, it's been a great printer. Starter ink still running strong after about 200 pages, So, Im already making my money back compared to just replacing the cartridge. Just buy a new printer as cheap as they are. Sell the old one, repeat.

Need a quality printer with WiFi capabilities that could be programmed easly for different WiFi addresses and is able to print large documents. Brother meets this requirement.

This machine is the pretty good and fit my need Great quality, user-friendly, simple, and intuitive. Easiest network and driver set up ever. The copies come out perfect.

I got this printer for my kids educational purpose and it serves better for their daily need. Little bit hard to get it configured to wifi. Other than that it really good.

Easy to use but a bit slow. It was easy to set up. Would recommend for someone who does not print a lot. I wouldn't recommend to a heavy printer

I have been extremely happy with this printer since I purchased it. It prints fast, has a plethora of features (like AirPrint from my iPhone and auto-duplex, for example), and does everything I need it to. I would highly recommend this printer.

I picked this up for my Daughter, she has been using this in her college dorm for several weeks, no problems at all, easy to use, and best of all individual ink cartridge. Most of her printing is in Black and White, This helps keep cost down.

This printer is so easy to set up and use! I followed the instructions displayed on the machine and voila, I was connected to my wifi network and printing within minutes .... from my cell phone no less! Thank you Brother and Best Buy!

awesome photos, I have purchased other printers befpre some were faster but clogged up more often ,,,for as little as I use it slow is better and produces a better finish

I purchased the Brother - Mfc-j485dw Wireless All-in-one Printer as a gift for my student daughter and she loves it! Iam not surprised because I have owned several brother products over the years and all have performed as you would expect.

I first purchased 2 Epson Printers that were recommended by sales associate. Had to return them both they would not stay connected to my computer. My roommate had this Brother model and loved it. So I got one very easy to operate.

I bought this printer cause I wanted a all in one and I ended up getting more than I bargained for with this purchase. 1 of the cool perks is that I can use my smart phone do printer jobs for me if I do not feel like turning on my computer.

Can't beat these Brother printers. No more HP cartridges for me!

I had a Brother printer previously and was very impressed with its performance. I was in the market for another printer and wanted one that could do double sided printing. This printer differed a great product at a reasonable price.

Starting my business and it requires minimum faxing. This brother is great.

I've been using this printer for a couple of months now. The printer comes out clean and clear. The scanner work without any glitches. The copier makes copies that are almost as clear as the originals. I am glad I bought this one.

For what I use it for I would prefer a faster speed on printing but the quality of printing keeps me from giving less than a 4. For the price and the price of the ink it's a good deal.

best buy associate explained the differences between printers perfectly. chose one and purchased it; went home and plugged it in. within ten minutes it was up and running. thought it was wrong because it was so easy. very pleased.

Needed a reasonably priced printer/scanner/copier that would be used occasionally. This fit the bill and has exceeded expectations. I don't know about the faxing. Does anyone fax anymore?
