Easy to use, starts up quick. I use the scanning feature a lot and it's easy.

I love the printer for several reasons, including the size (meaning the amount of desk space it takes up), the functions (all-in-one features and the quality of the print outs. great value for the money

It's fairly easy to set up. It is slightly louder than I would prefer. Is also sucks that I have to have multiple applications on my computer rather than just a plugin like on my phone.

Unfortunately, installing this by WiFi is anything but intuitive. You have to enter on the unit, your router password. Of course, the Mfg has a password that is long and tedious to enter. Otherwise, it is compact and easy to use.

We had always had basic model printers. Having a wireless one is terrific! It took only a few minutes to set it up. I love being able to print from anywhere in the house! For the price and ease of use this Brother printer is simply perfect!

My college student is quite happy with the sheet capacity and speed of this wireless printer. It's a bit on the noisy side, but suits his needs perfectly. Also, ink costs seem to be lower compared with other printers in this category.

I thought the installation would go more smoothly, but I hit a couple of bumps. The printer seems to work fine, although when I print "black only" the black isn't very dark. I haven't yet determined whether I can change the default print style from double-sided to single-sided; as of now, I need to do that manually each time. Haven't used the scanner or fax yet. Today, I was disappointed that my computer and the machine were no longer connected (after having been connected for a month), requiring re-download of the drivers and I hope this won't happen again. On the positive side, it's a nice small machine, the touch screen is clear and easy to use. Seems to print documents quickly.

Back in the old days people are weary of inkjet printers. Nowadays it has come a long way. This one does everything, scans, fax and print. The cartridge is easy to switch with no hassle. The quality is better than my previous brother inkjet printer. You can try your luck using the refillable cartridges and save some money, but they have a chip for each of them so you have to buy the special one. YMMV and refilling cartridges will void your warranty. I especially like the fact that you can print from your iPad, iPhone, and android devices. So if you got an important email and need to print them, you can print it out right away.

wish we would have purchased sooner quick and easy to use

I considered the Epson Ecotank printer but I couldn't justify the $299 price tag. I'm replacing an HP printer, even though it's about 6 years old the cost of ink is $100 for a complete refill of both inks. I found this printer in store on sale for $89 the cost of ink was about $30 for color and black. It's wifi capable, and is an all in one printer, what more could you want? Overall VERY happy with print quality and ease of setup. I've owned for about a month.

I haven't used this more than once or twice so far, but it was easy to set up and gets the job done. It's not incredibly fast by any means, but seems to print nicely. I have not printed photos on it yet.

I had to replace my 'not that old' HP printer and was terrified because I am very low tech. After discussing choices with a salesman, I decided on this one. And, I am delighted that I did! The screen is easy to read and the print quality is excellent. I am always impressed by how it does what I want it to do! Yes..I am very low tech..! A Geek Squad agent helped me install it, by phone, and I've been happy ever since. I highly recommend this printer!
