I totally relied on the recommendation of the sales person at Best Buy; I told him what I needed and that I didn't want a 'huge' printer. My sales person reviewed all of the features of this Brother printer and explained how to hook it up to my laptop. Great Customer Service!!

Printer has been easy to use. Print speed is fast. Color is good.

After reviewing my options for replacing my horrific Epson workmate printer, I noticed that everyone with a Brother printer was not complaining. I just wanted an inexpensive ink jet for color options that also had a doc feed and all in one capability. This ink jet fit the bill. While as the others said it is quite loud, and it was a bit more expensive than the other you know who supplier, I prefer to buy from Best Buy. I want some brick and mortar to stay around, and best buy has great customer service. Plus if there is a problem...they are 3 miles away. Set up was simple..print quality was good and scans were spot on. Pleased as of now, 1 month in,.

I love this printer. I have only used it a few times so far and for basic printing, but it is slick! So easy to use and quick for home use. The customer service walked me through the set up process which was very helpful.

I have owned and both still use both HP and Canon printers. I thought I would try another brand and after doing some research I decided to try the Brother MFC-J885DW. I made a good choice. Several reasons why I chose the Brother MFC-J885DW are the very small size of the unit as compared to HP and Canon units that I use, each color cartridge is a separate unit-unlike some of the other brands where they have all colors in one, ink usage seems to be better and duplex printing. These are some of the reasons why I chose this Brother. I have no regrets and I would by another printer made by Brother

I am very impressed with the quality of the print of my new Brother printer. I was happy with the rending of photos, even on plain paper. I like the ease of use and general good looks of the printer.

It is very sleek and isn't bulky. I actually like it.

I purchased the Brother to replace an HP MFC that had come to the end of its useful life. It was bulky and the inkjets had become clogged and wouldn't clear. This new Brother looks almost half the size of the old machine and the document feeder folds away nicely when not in use making the machine look even smaller than it is. The LED control panel also folds up to keep the footprint very small, especially compared to some other similarly featured products. I also like the way the paper tray tucks neatly underneath the unit. Print speed is a little slower and ink cartridges small (requiring more frequent replacement) but overall a great little unit.

It went on sale and with my rewards I paid less than 40 for a nice wireless printer. It's really easy to use. My kids can print directly from their iOS devices without setup!

It was very easy to set it up. Just followed the instructions on my lap top. No wires to deal with. Very nice. Prints great & the ink cartridges don't cost an arm & leg. Comes with ink, too, though.

it is a good size, easy, and stress less to manage.

I wanted a Windows 10 compatible printer. My older printers were not working properly after Windows 10 Updates. I have been using Brother printers for well over a decade now. They are tough little workhorses. Very happy with Brother Ink Jet Printers.

Excellent product and prints from android & apple!

Has worked very well so far. Doesn't "phone home" like so many other printers, especially HP. I can order my OWN ink and that is just fine with me. Prints faster than my old HP and double sided with ease. Love the individual ink cartridges and replacing only what is necessary at the time. Holds plenty of paper for our home office. Easy to load paper in the easy to remove paper tray. Powers up quickly and prints flawlessly each time. Love the bypass function. Overall very satisfied.

East set-up and connection to wireless internet. Compact for a multi function printer. I like the double sided printing optioon. I have had good experiences with Brother previously.

This printer prints pretty good but since I bought it there is a problem with it and there is ink in the cartridges but it will not print I have no idea why I will have to take it to geek squad to see what they tell me.
