Best printer I've ever owned. Fast printing, easy to use, great mobile compatibility.

The printer has been good so far. Pretty easy set up and device connections. Drivers will need to be loaded for wifi access. Fast and decently quiet. Have not tried all of the feature, FAX still questionable, but expect to not have any issues. Scan and print have worked fine.

Easy to set up and use, reliable so far with good print quality

Wicked reliable and durable printer. Prints fast enough for B&W copies. Has never jammed. The toner cartridge is big and prints 2500+ pages with easy to follow replacement instructions. Out of all the printers used, Dell, HP, Canon, and Epson, this is my hands down favorite. Liked it so much, purchased another one for other family members.

Easy to use and works wirelessly with my Mac desk top computer and IPhone

After a lifetime with canon inkjets and thousands of dollars worth of ink, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a laser. It had to be an all-in-one machine that had fax capabilities. I know that there are other ways to handle faxing, but to my mind, it's easiest to use a printer with built-in fax. So why buy a laser and why not by another Canon since I had such great luck with their inkjets? Foremost was the cost of ink cartridges. Lasers have proven to be far more economical than inkjets. Secondly, after doing some research, it appears that Brother is currently making a slightly more reliable product than Canon. But we shall see. So, this Brother 2710 had all the feature we wanted, it is a top consumer magazine's best buy, it was on sale and I had several BB reward certificates, so we pulled the trigger. No regrets so far but your mileage may vary.

So far, we haven't had any issues with this printer. The ease of working it is not hard at all. The one thing I had trouble with was setting it up to our computers but that's because I'm not tech savvy. But other than that we haven't had any issues at all.

Easy to use. Like Paperport that comes with it. The only thing is that I have to wake it up every morning before it will print the first time but then for the rest of the day it is good to go. I can't seem to find the setting to change this.

Ive owned a Brother Laser Printer for more than 10 years with no problems and very satisfied. Upgraded to this All in One for my home office. Fast laser printer with high quality prints. Fast scanner, fast scan to PDF. All around great printer for the price

Outstanding performance & great value. This machine brings it. I'm a busy Realtor and I cant afford to have a machine that does not perform well and quickly. This one does it all. I would buy it again for sure.

Excellent speed. Can print any corner of the house. My last printer always paper jam when 2 sided but thankfully I have not seen this problem with this printer. Smooth and clean 2 sided printing without paper jam.

Very simple to set up. I use it wired to the computer. I don't use the wifi feature. Not too large. Very clean copies. Great for scanning simple documents and printing from the computer. Warms up and is ready to use in just a few seconds, quiet and quick. Probably not really tough for heavy duty use but great for home use.

This printer is great! It's wireless, prints quickly as its a laser printer, and offers document feeder for scanning of documents. It has some features missing that would make it truly great, but for the price, this was expected and I knew it going in. The document feed scanner works well and produces a quality scan of the document. The copy feature also works well with the document feeder. Unfortunately, it does not do a 2-sided scan of the document and requires that you flip to the other side to scan it separately. The copy feature is the same as it only copies over 1 side at a time. It does however print on 2-sides which is a huge help when printing large jobs that are 2-sided. All in all, it's a quality printer from a reputable brand. It is wireless which was key for me, since I don't want to run a cable across the floor to the nearest network hub. It works seamlessly and I have never had issues with the wireless transmission of print jobs.

Amazing price for the product your getting. Easy to use and communicates with the computer with easy, WiFi or direct cable connection. Scan and copy features are great and high quality. Overall great product. Only setback is the black and white print quality isn’t that crisp and nice. Maybe due to my own faulty toner or drum. Won’t know for sure until I have to replace them. But would recommend this for a small home office printer.
