However, it does not do what I need. The printer should be able to save faxes to your computer. (the function is in the software) I have hire two differnt IT companies and neither of them can get it to work. I contact customer support at brother so did The IT teams. No help. They are truly useless, no help what so ever. I sent the IT email I received to Brother stating I should buy a different brand of printer. No person from Brother ever responded, only their IT "helper" again useless So beware if you purchase this product.

It is poor and next to impossible to deal with Brother tech support, in dealing with an issue that is more complicated than "Did you turn it on?" This is second printer with same issue and trying to get an answer from Brother T/S sux. Best Buy has been great.

Angry at Brother and dissatisfied by return policy

This thing worked for 1 day on my Wifi and now it is either perpetually stuck in sleep or will not connect to ANY device (Macbook, Chromebook, iPhone, Android, etc). I wouldn't recommend to my enemy

The Printer is Great if you like black and white

The print quality as been top notch and the ability to print from my iPhone has been a game changer. Great printer and at a great price so I’m super happy with my purchase.

I have run thousands of pages through two machines, that did not have the automatic feeder attachment, I first one I wore it out and it lasted so long I got another just like it, Now I this new model and it just like my old one only better.
