Works well, duplex scanning is a big plus and the reason I bought this brother. Works better (so far) then the other big name brand printer I owned.

I am a Brother printer advocate in that the only printers I have and use are Brother printers since they great workhorse printers. I needed a newer printer for a Windows 10 computer since I did not feel like fighting with Windows 10 and my older Brother printer that could be used elsewhere. So I searched and came up with this one as a solution. So far it works fine--setup was no effort on my part and general printing from the print tray is ok. The reason for the 3 star rating is that the front manual feed is lousy. All of my other Brother printers have a support for the front manual feed so the paper goes through straight. This printer has no such feed--the paper is inserted in the manual feed--the printer then sucks the paper in slightly until the print command tells it to print. So far I have had to reprint checks multiple times and still have the print on the check slightly off. Realistically, the manual feed will only accommodate a single page at a time. The other features seem to work well and setup was a breeze but my main purpose for this printer--not so good. Did not see where the other reviewers had this issue.

This printer, scanner, fax and copier does a terrific job at a modest cost. If you have a home business this is the wireless printer for you. It is easy to operate and reproduces excellent copies as well as its scanning and faxing capability.

The digital panel makes all functions at your fingertips. The ink cartridge is located the front of printer makes changing the ink so easy.

I purchased a color MFC printer 3yrs ago...to print certain work reports at home and let the kids print in color. I needed a printer at work... so I picked this one up... works like a charm... set it up and forget about it.

I really like my new printer. It was so easy to set up and connect it to all my family computers. I have used all its functions and I am happy to say it works well. I bought this printer in the store and the sales guy told me that they price match so I went online and actually found it cheaper on their website so they adjusted the price which was great
