It started off printing lines on every page and scans. The help center did not figure it out but I googled long enough and the screen needed to be cleaned. The yeild is false it only prints about 1000 sheets not the 3300 it claims. But descent printer

This all in one machine allows quick double-sided scanning and with Brother's "Control Center" I can easily attach the scanned documents to an email or fax for smooth, efficient document sharing. Documents jam on occasion but it is likely due to different paper thicknesses or slight wrinkling and the jams clear easily.

Prints very fast and efficient. Not costly at all.

Set this printer up and from the very first page I printed there was a line all the way down the left side of the page. Pulled out the drum unit and there was crud wrapped around it. Called (escalated several levels until they stopped responding), and emailed customer service to have them send me a new one that wasn't defective and they refused, they said I needed to clean it. Sorry, I'm not fixing your defective brand new product.

Don't be fooled by the low cartridge level warning. It prompts you to install a new cartridge way too soon. Don't replace until you notice a definite fading of the print. They are in the business of selling cartridges. Get your moneys worth.

Purchased this for work for our Sales Department. The Sales department are loving this; they can scan right to their computers, they can make quick copies and the printing is 10 times better than what they were using. Good, solid machine.

When my old Brother laser printer started to give me problems, I knew I had to replace it soon. I looked around for a little while and compared models but this had all the best features at a reasonable price. Best Buy had it on sale..... no brainier.

We wanted to add a scanner to our arsenal and were not interested in keeping the expense of a color laser and this fit the bill. The Brother software for scanning is pretty bare bones but it is sufficient. I'll be looking for additional software to supplement. For the money, it was a good buy and we have had no issues.

The setup and use of the printer was quick and easy

I bought this printer because my older Brother laser printer needed a new drum and it couldn't copy or fax. I'm very happy so far. It works great with windows 10. I had to install disc and do updates for everything to work smoothly.

I puchased this printer for a non-profit charity that I am affiliated with. However, in the mean time, we fixed our old printer and there was not a need to keep it. It was returned within a week. Nothing wrong with it at all.

Needed help from brother support. Problem was with windows10 needing to be changed to default email in 2 places. It took a while but brother tech support got it going.

I had to switch to this printer because outer old model was discontinued. We've bought four of them for various offices, but this one in particular goes through ink at an incredible pace. We are replacing the toner almost every two weeks!

I use the machine mainly for scanning. The scans are very clear and the speed is good. Perfect for small scan and print jobs right from my desk at the office. I actually bought one for my home office too.

my wife is in school and needed a fast reliable printer for papers. We both like the options on this unit (I use one like it at work) and the toner carteridge lasts much longer that ink carteridges.

The ink cartridge which came with the machine only lasted about 600 sheets. But it works beautifully. I've not read all of the instructions so there's still a lot I don't know. I'll update if things change.

Does exactly what I need it to do. I had chosen a different product and after speaking with your salesman changed to this one. So glad I did, and very appreciative of his knowledge of each product.

Bought this to replace my old Brother All-in-one that quit working. Same unit as I had before, only with more options and better features. Really like this one better. Works perfect for our needs.
