Great all in one printer. It was easy to set up and connect 2 desktops, 1 laptop, and our phones and tablets. I was concerned with the combination of the wired and wireless set up but everything worked smoothly. This was a big upgrade from an old inkjet, I was tired of replacing ink cartridges drying up that were not used much

I decided to upgrade from an inkjet printer to a laser jet and looked at quite a few online. I didn’t need color so that wasn’t an issue but I needed to be able to print and scan 2-sided pages and this printer was the cheap side of that but also brand name. It got here earlier than expected and after a couple months of usage it just keeps going. It prints quick and very clear I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a top quality laser jet printer. The only con I have to say is having to download all the software and drivers in order to print via wifi. But I’ve found that the ibrother print and scan app now makes scanning to my pc super easy

This printer is a workhorse and is most definitely the most bang for the buck with printing, scanning, copying and faxing if you only need black and white. What puts it over the top, is that it not only has duplex printing, but it has duplex copying and duplex scanning as well. That's a huge score. This printer also is fast at 36 ppm. If you can get your hands on this printer, don't hesitate. It really is a great printer.

Easy to set up. Prints fast and responsive. Haven't used all the options, but clarity of print is great

First laser printer I bought. The Brother brand came recommended by serveral people. Easy install. So far everything is good, Some features, I have not tried yet, so can't comment. Great Black and white printer.

small compact size is nice, prints quickly but it is brand new and feeder leaves black lines on papers, small business owner so this is an issue for me as I want my paperwork to look professional--I bought the warranty that will allow me to swap for another, but who has the time to disconnect , go to store ( I don't live close) and then download everything again?

I've only had this printer for a couple of weeks, but I'm very impressed! It seems to be reasonably good quality and it is easy to set up. To find a quality Wireless multitasking laser printer isn't as easy as you think. But this unit surprised me greatly and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wireless unit with multi-function capability.

Printer is fairly easy to set up and use, even the AirPrint option. One downside, unless there's another way I don't know, is you have to directly connect to it's wireless network to do direct print. Meaning you have to disconnect from the internet wifi every time. Pages print fast and clear. Print setup is easy and it's quick to get connected and print out docs.

Good print quality and has all of the features I need. Toner prices are reasonable but you have to replace the drum periodically - which is expensive. Easy to set up and connect to my wi-fi system, so no need to use cables. Only negative is that it seems to draw a lot of power when first starting to print - the lights dim for a moment in my office after I send a print command to the printer.

I ordered this Brother Laser Printer to replace an older Brother laser printer that did not have the auto feed feature. I haven't had the new printer very long, but I have used the auto feed feature several times, and I love it. I knew the printer would do a great job of general printing, based on the previous model that I had for several years. I ordered this printer online and picked it up curbside from Best Buy at the end of June. The gentleman who brought the printer out to my car was very gracious, even though I wasn't able to get to the store until just a few minutes before closing time. I am very happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with my printer. It was very easy to connect to my wi-fi and blue tooth to my android phone. I use the scanner all the time. Worth the purchase. The ink cartridge is expensive but that is the case for all printers. I am anxious to see how often I will need to purchase ink.

I bought this printer to replace my 10-year old Brother wireless laser printer - which was very reliable. Easy to set-up and get started. Print quality is very good and it operates quietly. So far so good!

This is a good solid printer. A real workhorse for home offices with a small footprint for a laser printer. Easy setup and installation. Pretty much jam free means less headaches. Reasonable price for the value you get. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget.

The day I bought it the all in one printer worked great. Wireless printer is easy to use and prints from computer, phone or tablet. Faxing works great sending and receiving, scanner works great with option to scan to print or save to computer or send as email. Printer works but leaves a faded line down the page. A white line like it didn't make the copy clear. It was faint at first now it does two different faded lines and is much more noticeable. I bought the protection plan so hopefully BEST BUY can help me. I use it everyday and have had it since April of 2018.

Worked right out of the box, easy set up, clear, quick printing and scanning. Only issue is wifi range is less than expected. Router is not in the same room as my office. The computer can access the wireless router but the printer won't get there.

Setup and install are always easy with brother. Normally the devices live well past their warranty, even in a SOHO. Most users in the office have these to swap toners when someone runs out. Mac and Windows both work fine on wired or wireless.
