After owning many inkjet printers and tiring of replacing them every couple of years, I decided to try a laser printer. I did my research and found laser printers were far superior to inkjets, and a Brother laser came highly recommended. Once I made my choice I went online and ordered from Best Buy. The printer arrived in two days and was very easy to configure and set up. I love the fax and copy functions as well. Great quality documents and looking forward to not having to replace ink cartridges so often. Best Buy also price matched on this printer, and with that my decision was easy to make as to where to buy it.

Very easy to install - less than 10 minutes with basic steps and easy to follow directions. When using the manual feeder for envelopes, labels, checks, etc., the feeder is very temperamental - "jams" easily and requires multiple feeding attempts. Can only hold one check at a time in manual feeder making accounting tasks cumbersome. Steps on display are easy to follow for copy preferences (double-sided, zooming in/out).

Good value. Easy to set-up. Software works as promised.

First of all, I LOVE the printer. -1 star because it didn’t come with a cord, connecting to the computer. I had to by a connector separately. If you want to print through wifi, it will take FOREVER. Don’t forget to get printable white papers too.

This printer is providing all options which I am looking for. Good Printing, Scanning and Mailing. Perfectly connected with WIFI and LAN. Extra cartridge is bonus. I am small business man and small family man. This printer perfectly fit for both roles.

While it was easy to get started, still haven't figured how ALL features work.

I have used ink jet printers in the past and the ink would end up drying out. I don't use a printer enough to keep the ink in working order. So this time I went with the laser jet and that problem is solved.

This All-in-One laser printer is perfect...simply perfect. The printer has every features I asked for and more.

The printer and scanner works like charm and very fast..

I owned a older Brother all-in-one laser printer model that couldn't manage duplex scanning. Was looking for an updated model that can do that. This manages duplex scanning and printing with no issues.

If you need a black and white printer, this is a good one. Crisp clear copies. The scanner does a good job and you can make copies. All around good printer with several perks.

It was worth the wait. I spent time researching to find the "right one" and really wanted this one even though it wasn't available for immediate pick up

I've used this printer for several jobs already and the print quality is very good. My wife primarily uses it to print off chapters of textbooks for her Master's degree courses. Much faster than inkjets and of course does not smudge. I would recommend downloading the drivers directly from the internet as the drivers on the included CD are problematic at best.

This Brother printer has it all.. I figured I don’t need a color and that simplifies it all. I was albe to paie it with my desk top and all my mobile devices . I like it very much ..
