My new Brother printer does a wonderful job printing various items for both home and business use. It was moderately easy to incorporate it into my wireless network using the instructions provided. Its dual sided printing feature was an added bonus as well.

This is our 3rd one in 16 years in an office/retail location. It works and works. We expect this one to last us another 6-8 years. Good value.

I bought this printer for my return to college last year and it has been the best printer I have ever owned. Wonderful for anything you need to print for school and other things like return labels or recipes. Unlike other wireless printers I have had in the past, I have never had any problems wirelessly printing from a MacBook, PC, and iPhone. Once you install the software on your computers (no need on iPhones), you really never have to mess with the software again except updates. Scanning is very easy as well and works like a dream wirelessly. If you want a no fuss wireless printer that works on command, this is it. I recommend getting an XL toner cartridge as I went through the standard cartridge it came with very quickly.

Brother - MFC-L2820DW Purchased this due to a previous Brother MFC that would not turn on due to a power surge. (wasn't plugged into a surge protector) Very pleased with the Brother printers, having installed them at several offices. Good work horse printers that don't trouble you with 'Ink / Toner subscriptions) Brother software is always updating which is nice they are keeping it up to date and secure. Will keep buying Brother printers..

Easy to set up. Good quality print. Quiet and convenient with wireless printing. I haven't used it much so i gave it 4 stars but as i use it I'm guessing it will deserbe 5 stars.

It's a little tricky printing from phone or from my Mac, but after getting the hang of it it's good. Better than hp. Happy As usual, the Best Buy associate was the best. Happy with purchase.

Great value and doesn’t have any silly annoying quirks other printers have in this price category. I replaced an ho inkjet multifunction device that I always had problems with. This has been rock solid for six months so far.

Was easy to set up and is easy to use. Does everything it's supposed to do. Can't speak about durability given it was a recent purchase but expect it will be quite durable, based on experience with a previous version of this printer.

Excellent printer. Brother makes the best devices for printing set up. Azizi printer is easy to use and it’s all around a great device. I would buy this again and again if I had to never choose a brand other than brother you will not be sorry.

Great printer if you need a printer just to print black and white documents and scan this the printer . No issues like you get with inkjet printers or any issues like you have with HP printers .

I’m so impressed how user friendly and all the extras it has, scanning, faxing, wireless and printing is great too. I say don’t look any further if you need a printer for small business or for school papers!!

Works beautifully. No problems. I like the fact that it doesn’t use ink. It uses a cartridge. Everything comes out crisp. It does not print in color, but I don’t need it to.

Super easy to set up. Perfect copy's. No more dried up ink cartridges. I’m a really old geezer and I have no trouble getting it to do what I want.

very good quality. Have some issues to figure out scan documents but I am good now. Only one time was issues with printing documents. Stop working after few pages.

I purchased this printer to replace a previous Brother Laser Printer that is finally wearing out after several decades of use. This new one prints and copies perfectly -- best quality ever! (I haven't tried scanning or sending faxes yet.) My only complaint is that it will NOT operate with a Windows 7 computer. I use a Windows 10 Desktop and a Windows 11 Laptop for most projects (and all internet uses), but some of my favorite photo and composition programs no longer work on newer operating systems. So now I am forced to compose my work on one computer and transfer the completed files to a different machine for printing. That's not really the printer's fault, but still an inconvenience. As long as you're not still using an older operating system, this is a great printer. Based on my previous Brother printer, I expect it to keep working for a long time.
