Quite, cheap, good image quality! Luckily got this one when it was in stock for short time. Very satisfied with printing quality, the characters are sharp and color are vivid. Best part, the supplies are so cheap comparing to the other brands.

This printer was easy to set up and is easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I am still having some wireless connectivity issue and have not yet had time to call the company to try to resolve this. The printing quality is fantastic! I think I will be happy that I made this investment.

Effortlessly prints from phone! Minimal set up! LOVE THIS PRINTER! I do wish the scan to email feature were more intuitive, but after fumbling a bit, I figured it out. Toner is expensive, but the auto-ship feature directly from Brother is super convenient.

We upgraded to a laser printer for our home office. The only reason I did not rate the product as 5 stars was the set up was complicated by the duplexing feature (printing on both sides of the paper). Duplex is the default setting. If you want to only print on one side of the paper, you must change it from duplex to one-sided before every print job. You would think that the solution would be in preferences. It is buried deep in the print menu. It took two days of trouble shooting with Geek Squad and chatting with Brother to solve the problem. Geek Squad offered to escalate me to some obscure level for a few. Brother told me that the printer was not supported by Apple’s OS Big Sur. That wasn’t true. I solved the problem on my own.

No, the printer works out because my wife still does plenty of faxing. I know they’re better ways of faxing, but nothing like the dialtone and the phone number so this product does that for us so it works very well for us for our business.

I was hesitant to purchase this printer. I have had previous printers that would not print from my I-phone. I unboxed and hooked up to my WIFI. The I-phone found the printer and printed perfectly. I did not need to install any drivers or software. Great printer.

Big, sturdy laser printer, so it takes some space. Setup was simple and wifi connected with no problem. Printing looks great and sharp in black / white and color. Scanning from computer and directly from printer interface to computer works great.

This is a monster of a printer; it weighs more than twice the old one and takes up a good deal more room, BUT, it is an amazing printer, super-fast and beautiful prints!!! I wish i had bought this 3years ago instead of my old one!

I really like the printer - it’s a little slower that I thought it would be, but it produces nice, colorful pictures, includes mobile printing over wifi, and can scan to a drive. I have not experienced replenishing ink yet, so I am curious how that process will be. So far so good.

Have two brother all in one color laser printers now. the MFC 9340CDW and this one MFC-L3770CDW The quality of the print is better on the 9340 then this one. The speed is good on both. This one 3370 is much quieter then the 9340

I've had TWO of these things, and they both had the same problem. The black toner cartridge leaked on both of them. The first printer, we didn't know exactly what was wrong - we just started seeing smears and non-clean prints coming out of it, and we'd only had it a month so we returned it. I liked the device and the print quality so we swapped it for another exact model. Sure enough, some time after a month, we had the same issue. Fortunately, we contacted Brother support this time and they were excellent. They sent out a new toner drum, had us ship the other one back to them (at no cost to us) and it was working well again. In summary...love the printer. The print quality is very good. The speed is pretty decent, the functionality is excellent. Overall just a really good product. Only docked a star due to multiple printers having the same issue with the toner leak.

This is a good color laser printer. It is easy to set up. Print quality is good although pictures are a bit fuzzy. My computer occasionally says the wireless printer is offline even though the printer says it is connected to my network. Power cycling the printer clears the problem.

Purchased for our second home as my husband and I are working remotely from there during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We have an HP laser printer at our main residence and the Brother laser printer is a bit faster. The toner cartridges for this laser printer are a bit on the expensive side and the Brother doesn't seem to print out as many pages as the HP before the toner cartridges have to be replaced. It is also inconvenient to print out envelopes (I'm still trying to figure that out). I went on internet to figure out how to print out envelopes and it says to open back cover, open the face up tray and pull down the two gray levers until they lock. Apparently envelopes print to the back of the printer which doesn't make sense to me. If you have the printer on a stand near a wall (which is where we have this printer), it's inconvenient to have to pull the printer out and away from the wall to open the back. The envelope prints to the back of the printer instead of to the front of the printer. If I had known that, I probably would not have purchased this Brother printer. Other than those two issues, I'm pleased with the printer.

Since COVID emergency, I've spent more time in my home office. I've had many printers over the years, HP, Cannon, Epson, even a Lexmark in the old days. This is my first color multifunction laser printer. It's heavy and exceeds my expectations. Old fashion FAX, works well, I love the print to phone connectivity. Not just Apple Print but the near field ability. It's much faster then my old Cannon jet ink printer. My only criticism, is sharing it with my college age children, we all have to be on the same WiFi network. I have several WiFi networks set up so they don't interfere with my work. The printer can only be on one network for sharing. Minor issue. I love this machine.

I purchased to replace an inkjet printer. I don't print often and the ink kept drying in the inkjet printer. I purchased this as a replacement to resolve that issue. I am well pleased with the printer. Fast and quit when printing. I have been using for over a month and am happy with the quality of print. It does not do as well as an inkjet on pictures but I print them infrequently. It is cheaper to run to a local store and have prints made than to print at home. Most of my printing is documents and this printer blows away inkjet printers for quality!! Highly recommended to documents and general printing but not for pictures.

I’ve bought many printers trying to find one I actually liked. I always ran into the issue of the printer head needing cleaning because of the missing lines. This printer has solved my issues. It’s a beast of a printer. It truly is a one-in-all printer.

This printer is very fast and quiet. I have not used the fax function yet, but scanning, copying and printing are excellent. It does a good job of printing greeting cards. Only downside is that it is very heavy!

This printer has to be one of the best office purchases I've made. Very easy to operate with intuitive features and easy access to toner changes. I'm very happy with it and the quality of the print jobs is great.

Curbside pickup at Best Buy was easy, quick and safe. Printer setup is simple, connection to multiple devices in the house is easy, the printer is quiet and easy to use. We've had it for only a month, but so far, we are very happy with it.
