I looked at a mind-numbing number of all-in-one printers, and finally settled on this one. I have a Brother wireless laser monochrome printer, which is great, so I felt confident that the set up and connectivity would be easy. It was. It prints good quality color pages flawlessly. I use it a lot for scanning to pdf, and this printer has a good set of options for document scanning. The sheet feeder is very useful, but the software recognizes page-by-page scan jobs (i.e., books) and keeps them batched in a single pdf. It can even scan documents to email, though I haven't really used that yet. There are a lot of similar printers out there, and the prices can vary a lot with specials and rebates. The Brother MFC-3770 fits the bill, and works very well, so no regrets at all.

Works great at my office. Easy to set up. Wireless printing. Great print quality. Perfect scanner with sheer feed. Wish it was about $50 less expensive though like it was before COVID.

Purchased in November 2019. Set up was easy, scanning is easy, printing, copying is easy. What can I say this is a great home all-in-one! For the price, we are very happy. No problems so far.

I use my home office printer heavily around tax season, but the rest of the year, not so much. My HP inkjet printer decided to give up (again-not the first time) this winter just as I was starting to process year-end paper work. Decided it was time to move up to something more significant, that wouldn't dry up from non-use. I chose the Brother based on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, who does a lot of home office work. I could have gone back to HP, but decided to go a different route. This printer is built very heavy. So far I am very pleased with it. It prints in color, but it is not a picture printer. This thing is made to print reports, and it is doing that very well for me!

Let me start by saying that I’ve had terrible luck with ink jet printers. I think perhaps 4 of them have blown up on me in the last 10 years. The last one was an HP that lasted maybe 2 years before it shot black ink all over the inside of the machine. I just couldn’t take it anymore. We own a business and this machine goes in the office for payroll and a backup to a nice leased Xerox. This Brother is very nice. I love the idea of toner instead of ink. The current toner cartridge has lasted a long time. (Both black and color) The quality of the machine is excellent for an office setting. I don’t use it for faxing but the scan functions works well. If you do payroll the Multi-Purpose tray works well for inserting checks. The document handler works well.

This is a replacement for an old inkjet printer, and I couldn't be happier with the quality that this laser printer provides. It prints documents fast and clean. It even prints color images with acceptable detail for my needs (this is something that made me hesitant to go with the laser technology, but I'm glad I did). Two-sided (duplex) printing works great, as does the autofeed scanner. There was a little delay in setup due to finding and selecting the right driver for Windows, but once that was done, everything works flawlessly. Everyone that uses it is happy with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this printer again.

I want to love it, so badly, but I just don’t. It works wonderfully (after many hours of messing with it) on my husbands pc. I have issues with it 3/5 times when I try printing with my MacBook pro. Everything is connected properly, it usually works after I try printing 5-20 times. I just think it should work at all times given the price. I’ve spent an hour before trying to print on my computer, even bought a new computer because it wouldn’t work on my old pc. Does the job, but a waste of time. I would not buy it again or recommend it.

This AIO printer is fast and quiet. Best of all, though, is the outstanding customer service from Brother. This makes the extra few dollars well worth it. I use this printer in a busy home office and am happy with it.

Great printer. The Toner was hard to find for several months in 2020 but is available again. Good print quality and super easy to use. The dark colors are nice

I've printed a few pages and FedEx shipping labels and everything is coming out nice and legible and printing quickly. Setup of the printer was easy and my Macs and Windows computers all recognized it right away.

Set up instructions and down loads worked as described. It did require at least an hour to work through the various steps. Very satisfied with the quality of the output documents.

Use in a home office about 10 hours a day. It's all the speed needed for our two person office. The scan and e-mail is not that user-friendly; the iPrint&Scan app is better. The printer does it great when the app is learned. The envelope printing could use a make-over. The two-sided at a single pass is why we bought it and that works beyond our expectations. It's a time saver at our place. We liked it so much we have put the larger version in two larger offices. Would definitely recommend this for home office. it's a four star machine if you print a lot of #10 envelopes.

The negatives - we were told the printer came with regular print cartridges but that is not true - it comes with one that prints about 500. When printing addresses on envelopes it will completely curl the envelopes. We read online that you have to open the back of printer - it is not a good system. You have to turn the printer sideways to do this. I also need to print addresses on postcards - again you have to exit postcards on the back. Otherwise the print quality is really good. I'm hoping this is the only negative we run into with this purchase

This does everything we need it to do and more. I love the single pass dual scanning. Saves time and effort.

Set up was easy. I had it out of the box and working within about 15 minutes. Scans one or two sided into my Dropbox or onedrive accounts. Prints very nicely again one or two sided. Highly recommend.

Great! It was worth purchase. Fast and compatible with any devices. Efficient to print at instance when command is administered. Good printer at a reasonable price.

Best printer! Love the Brothers, and this is my favorite printer!

This unit was super easy to setup and prints crazy fast. The only drawback is that it will chew through the color cartridges and they aren't cheap by any stretch.
