This is my first laser printer and I am sorry I didn't buy one sooner. Print speed is great and the cartridges have already outlasted the number of pages I got with the ink jet cartridges. Now it doesn't do a great job printing photos but I usually take mine to the store if I want them printed. Scans and copies really well. Can't comment on faxing because I don't use it. If you are tired of ink jet cartridges drying out or running out of ink, I highly recommend this printer. Had it sent to the house and there weren't any issues with delivery.

Excellent printer; quiet and fast. Scan feature works very well - lets you name the file at the end and easy preview of what was scanned.

Easy to setup and connect to a WiFi. Not a light device, so be sure that you can lift it... Home/Work delivery would be the best option It would be nice to be able to customize the menus. For example, we scan to Dropbox, however the Dropbox option is on the last page, past a bunch of stuff we will never use. It would be great to hide these and make scanning easier. WiFi printing from iPhone and Android is easy. Still waiting on the toner costs. We used up the included starter in about 5-weeks. We print a lot (legal docs), however this seemed fast. So far, seems to have been a good pick.

Have experienced no problems so far with this All-In-One Laser printer. So far I have only been using the printer capability. I have it configured for wired ether net on an all Linux LAN (using mostly Debian) and have had no problems printing in single and double sided modes. Red seems to be a bit muddy, but the rest of the colors look fine. I may try the scanner at some point to see if it works. I have no line out for testing the FAX capability. Configuration took a little bit of effort, but seems to be working. I find that this printer to be of good quality.

We have owned this prints for a year or so. This printer creates quality prints and the ink lasts. Based on our success we purchased a second.

My second one for the office. Very reliable and versatile. Copying, printing, scanning, and faxing are easy to set up and easy to operate.

This is the best Brother printer I’ve ever owned. Wireless works like a charm. Easy install, scan and prints quick. The quality of the print is outstanding.

Easy setup, works as expected, prints clear and no jams so far. Using it in a home office, I have not used all the different functions yet.

Once the trauma of installing it was past (I am not a techie) and i started using it, I could not believe I had waited so long to get a laser printer. This printer does almost everything I want. The copies and printouts are crisp and clean, and the color is beautiful. I never dreamed double sided copies could be so easy. The one thing I don't like about it is the same thing I hate about almost all new purchases: why can't I have a written manual? I hate looking for simple directions and answers to my questions on the computer. Just sayin'.

Machine is a huge improvement from my old Brother machine. Its fast, silent and has more features to use. Easy setup and install.

Cartridges come 20% full and report low toner at 15%. Be better Brother.
